Well the gun grabbing socialist are at it full steam. My blog is short and to the point. Contact your Congressman and Senators now! I have written both Senator Cardin and Congressman Harris with regards to the out cry for more gun control by the left. Much to my surprise, Cardin answered back, with a "suspected crafted form letter". That spoke of the Hiller decision. Not the answer I was expecting.Proof to my eyes that he will stop at nothing in advancing the liberal left's gun grabbing agenda. I as of yet have heard from Congressman Andy Harris. Patriots, flood your congressman and senators e mails and jam their phones lines with a "NO MORE GUN LAWS" diatribe.
Demand they support and defend the Constitution. Our Liberty Teeth are facing extraction by the left dentist.

This is my letter to my congressmen and to some media. Please feel free to use or alter.


To the Honorable (Rep, Sen, ------);
I have yet to hear one person in the media or the legislature frame the debate of the proposed arms ban around our Constitution. John Adams, our 1st vice president and 2nd president, brilliantly framed it in one sentence:
“Arms in the hands of individual citizens may be used at individual discretion for the defense of the country, the over-throw of tyranny, or in private self-defense.”
– John Adams. A DEFENSE OF THE CONSTITUTIONS OF GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, at 475, (Philadelphia 1788)

Please note that he said "individual citizens", "individual discretion" and defense of country, overthrow of tyranny and self defense. Nothing about hunting....this argument is NOT about hunting! Why is this not the end of the argument? It is crystal clear what our 1st vice presidents interpretation of the 2nd amendment was!

Firearms currently available to the American citizen, modern military pattern, semi-automatic rifles provide that constitutional right. Protecting the keeping and bearing of such arms is the heart and soul of the Second Amendment to the "individual". Thus, any attempt to ban their possession, sale, purchase, or transfer to the "individual, is an attempt to disarm the American people and a violation of their rights under the constitution, as John Adams so clearly stated.

Our founding fathers were well aware of the necessity of the 2nd amendment to stop any and all opposition to the disarming of Americans. Sir, will you PLEASE.... stand up and DEFEND the 2nd amendment against these enemies of America.

Isn't it ironic that we have such a contrast between our 1st vice president, John Adams, and our current vice president Joe Biden. Whom do you trust?

With Obama still illegally in Oval Office even this time more about him and no one in Washington wants or has any guts to do anything about it tells me are government is totally corrupt.These ideas being real good will not work when even when we win ,they have something else already planned.like a tumor that has become immune to the chemo-therapy being applied to it.I am not trying to discourage any of these ideas,just encouraging us to use the LORD'S direction.What is it HE is about to do or let done in removing our nation's tumor that has been here since 100 years ago in Wilson's term when we were first infected.

Numb brained idiots like Feinstein, Durbin and Waxman are completely clueless when it comes to firearms. What is worse they don't care one little bit about those slaughtered by mentally unfit or deranged gunmen. All they care about is their agenda which is to gain as much power as they can. They think more stringent gun laws provide them with increased power. They don't care about the victims or the root cause of the problem which, at least in part, resides in the killers limited and/or warped mental capacity. Of course, it is not politically correct to try and help mentally ill people, after all they didn't do anything, the gun did.

Schumer the gun grabber and Gillibrand, the turncoat, are the senators from my state (NY). Notice I didn't say "my" senators, because I have never voted for either of them, and never will. I could fax, email,snail mail or talk to either of them, and they will vote for more gun control laws every time. When Gillibrand was a state senator from upstate NY she was pro-gu, but when Schumer got hold of her she did a 180. Neither can be trusted.

I wish the old paths were before us instead of behind us. THE OLD PATHS I liked the old paths, when Moms were at home. Dads were at work. Brothers went into the army. And sisters got married BEFORE having children! Crime did not pay; Hard work did; And people knew the difference. Moms could cook; Dads would work; Children would behave. Husbands were loving; Wives were supportive; And children were polite. Women wore the jewelry; And Men wore the pants. Women looked like ladies; Men looked like gentlemen; And children looked decent. People loved the truth, And hated a lie. They came to church to get IN, Not to get OUT! Hymns sounded Godly; Sermons sounded helpful; Rejoicing sounded normal; And crying sounded sincere. Cursing was wicked; Drugs were for illness. The flag was honored; America was beautiful; And God was welcome! We read the Bible in public; Prayed in school; And preached from house to house. To be called an American was worth dying for; To be called an American was worth living for; To be called a traitor was a shame! I still like the old paths the best!  'The Old Paths' was written by a retired minister who lives In Tennessee.
