Looking back thru the past 4 years, many "Whens “pop up. Read them all to better understand

where we are going as a country….

 

WHEN - he refused to disclose who donated money to his election campaign, as other candidates had done,

people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN -he received endorsements from people like Louis Farrakhan, Muramar Kaddafi and Hugo Chavez,

people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN -it was pointed out that he was a total newcomer and had little experience at anything except community organizing, people said it didn't matter.

 

WHEN -he chose friends and acquaintances such as Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn who were revolutionary radicals,

people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN -his voting record in the Illinois Senate and in the U.S. Senate came into question, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN -he refused to wear an American flag lapel pin and did so only after a public outcry, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN -people started treating him as a Messiah and children in schools were taught to sing his praises, people

said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN -he surrounded himself in the White House with advisors who were pro-gun control, pro-abortion,

pro-homosexual marriage and wanting to curtail freedom of speech to silence the opposition, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN -he said he favors sex education in kindergarten, including homosexual indoctrination, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN -his personal background was either scrubbed or hidden and nothing could be found about him, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN -the place of his birth was called into question, and he refused to produce a birth certificate, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN -he had an association in Chicago with Tony Rezco- a man of questionable character and who is now in prison and had

helped Obama to a sweet deal on the purchase of his home - people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN -it became known that George Soros, a multi-billionaire Marxist, spent a ton of money to get him elected, people

said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN -he started appointing White House Czars that were radicals, revolutionaries, and even avowed Marxist /Communists,

people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN - he stood before the Nation and told us that his intentions were to “fundamentally transform this Nation" into

something else, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN - it became known that he had trained ACORN workers in Chicago and served as an attorney for ACORN, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN - he appointed cabinet members and several advisers who were tax cheats and socialists, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN - he appointed a Science Czar, John Holdren, who believes in forced abortions, mass sterilizations and seizing babies

from teen mothers, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN - he appointed Cass Sunstein as Regulatory Czar who believes in "Explicit Consent," harvesting human organs without

family consent and allowing animals to be represented in court, while banning all hunting, people said it didn't matter.

 

WHEN - he appointed Kevin Jennings, a homosexual and organizer of a group called Gay, Lesbian, Straight, Education Network

as Safe School Czar and it became known that he had a history of bad advice to teenagers, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN - he appointed Mark Lloyd as Diversity Czar who believes in curtailing free speech, taking from one and giving to another to spread the wealth, and who supported Hugo Chavez, people said it didn't matter.

 

WHEN -Valerie Jarrett, an avowed Socialist, was selected as Obama's Senior White House Advisor, people said it didn't matter. 

 

WHEN -Anita Dunn, White House Communications Director, said Mao Tse Tung was her favorite philosopher and the person she turned to most for inspiration, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN - he appointed Carol Browner, a well-known socialist as Global Warming Czar working on Cap and Trade as the nation’s largest tax, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN - he appointed Van Jones, an ex-con and avowed Communist as Green Energy Czar, who since had to resign when

this was made known, people said it didn't matter.

 

WHEN- Tom Daschle, Obama's pick for Health and Human Services Secretary could not be confirmed because he was a tax

cheat, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN - as President of the United States , he bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN - he traveled around the world criticizing America and never once talking of her greatness, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN - his actions concerning the Middle East seemed to support the Palestinians over Israel , our longtime ally, people

said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN - he took American tax dollars to resettle thousands of Palestinians from Gaza to the United States , people said

it didn't matter.

 

WHEN - he upset the Europeans by removing plans for a missile defense system against the Russians, people said it

didn't matter.

 

WHEN - he played politics in Afghanistan by not sending troops early-on when the Field Commanders said they were necessary to win, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN - he started spending us into a debt that was so big we could not pay it off, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN - he took a huge spending bill under the guise of stimulus and used it to pay off organizations, unions, and individuals that got him elected, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN - he took over insurance companies, car companies, banks, etc., people said it didn't matter.

 

WHEN -he claimed he was a Christian during the election and tapes were later made public that showed Obama

speaking to a Muslim group and ‘stating' that he was raised a Muslim, was educated as a Muslim, and is still a

Muslim, people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN -he set into motion a plan to take over the control of all energy in the United States through Cap and Trade,

people said it didn’t matter.

 

WHEN-he finally unveiled his plans to transform America into a Socialist State through the radical Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare"), and re-distribution of wealth, people began to wake up--- but it was too late. 

 

Add these up and you discover that Barrack Hussein Obama is determined to turn

America into a Marxist-Socialist society. 

 

All of the items in the preceding paragraphs have been put into place.  All can be documented very easily.  Before you

disavow this do an Internet search. 

 

The final paragraph is not yet cast in stone.  You and I will write that one by our awakening and our reaction to Obama's agenda.

 

Will the final paragraph follow the direction set above, or will it be a happier ending for America ? 

 

We all need to pull together or watch the demise of a free democratic society. 

 

We need to seek the truth and take action for it will keep us FREE.  Our biggest enemy is not China , Russia , North Korea or Iran. 

 

Our biggest enemy is our complacent selves.  

 

The government will not help -- in fact, the government is the problem! -- so we need to do it ourselves.

Obamacare: HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius warned about being criminally charged with obstruction of justice Posted: 12 Dec 2013 04:17 PM PST It is about time that the Congress of the United States fulfilled its duties and stops allowing the Obama Administration to stonewall their inquires in an effort to “run out the clock” on criminal liabilities and/or destroy pertinent documents. There are serious questions regarding the ability of President Obama to delay inquiries by falsely declaring “executive privilege” and shifting this matter into the courts where it may take years to litigate. There are also serious questions about President Obama’s potential use of “Presidential Pardons” to absolve any and all participants of criminal charges should they be brought by Congress. Here is the warning shot on Obamacare. Criminal obstruction of justice is a very serious matter, and an impeachable offense … December 11, 2013 The Honorable Kathleen Sebelius Secretary U.S. Department of Health & Human Services 200 Independence Avenue SW Washington, D.C. 20201 Dear Madam Secretary: The Committee is conducting oversight of the Obama Administration's implementation of the Affordable Care Act, commonly referred to as ObamaCare. Pursuant to the Committee's oversight I requested relevant documents from several companies that contracted with the Department of Health and Human Services for work related to theHealthCare.gov website. The Department subsequently instructed those companies not to comply with the Committee's request. The Department's hostility toward questions from Congress and the media about the implementation of ObamaCare is well known. The Department's most recent effort to stonewall, however, has morphed from mere obstinacy into criminal obstruction of a congressional investigation. In a December 6, 2013, letter to Creative Computing Solutions, Inc. (CCSI), the Department claimed that the company is contractually precluded from producing documents to Congress. The letter further stated that the Department will respond to requests from Congress on the company's behalf. It is my understanding that CCSI was not the only contractor to receive a letter like this. The letter to CCSI stated that the company is:  [N]ot authorized to disclose to third parties information collected or maintained by or on behalf of a federal agency, including information collected, or information produced during security testing. * * * If you receive a request for this information from Congress, CMS will respond directly to the requestor and will work with the requestor to address its interests in this information. The Department's instruction not to cooperate with congressional investigators relies on language in the contract with CCSI which precludes contractors from sharing certain data with third parties.  Moreover, the Department explicitly forbids the release of documents without authorization from CMS. That argument-that the language in the contract between the Department and a private company supersedes Congress' constitutional prerogative to conduct oversight-is without merit. In fact, it strains credulity to such an extent that it creates the appearance that the Department is using the threat of litigation to deter private companies from cooperating with Congress. The Department's attempt to threaten CCSI for the purpose of deterring the company from providing documents to Congress places the officials responsible for drafting and sending the letter on the wrong side of federal statutes that prohibit obstruction of a congressional investigation. Obstructing a Congressional investigation is a crime. Section 1505 of Title 18 of the U.S. Code states, in pertinent part: Whoever corruptly, or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication influences, obstructs, or impedes or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede the due and proper administration of the law under which any pending proceeding is being had before any department or agency of the United States, or the due and proper exercise of the power of inquiry under which any inquiry or investigation is being had by either House, or any committee of either House or any joint committee of the Congress, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years or, if the offense involves international or domestic terrorism (as defined in section 2331), imprisoned not more than 8 years, or both. The federal obstruction laws reflect the fact that Congress' right of access to information is constitutionally based and critical to the integrity and effectiveness of our oversight and investigative activities. For that reason, it is widely understood that private citizens and companies cannot contract away their duty to comply with a congressional request for documents. Furthermore, the Department's instruction to CCSI and other contractors not to respond to congressional document requests runs afoul of a federal statute that prohibits interfering with an employees' right to furnish information to Congress. Under that statute, any effort to enforce a contract that prevents a federal employee -- or in this case, a contractor -- from communicating with Congress is unlawful. The Committee takes any effort to obstruct or otherwise interfere with its investigations very seriously. I request that you direct all employees in your Department to cease obstructing the Committee's investigation of the implementation of the ACA through HealthCare.gov. It is my expectation that you and your staff will have no further communication with the contractors in question regarding the Committee's requests for documents and information. I remind you that an October 30, 2013, subpoena issued to you -- which remains in effect-- would capture the information that I requested from contractors. The Committee on Oversight and Government Reform is the principal oversight committee of the House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate "any matter" at "any time" under House Rule X. There is so much corruption of the legislative process by the progressive socialist democrats, that I suggest that everyone who voted for this bill is complicit in a criminal fraud on the citizens of the United States and that there are provable damages to millions of American citizens whose lives have been disrupted by the so-called Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act – whose very name is a lie. Florida marijuana amendment proposal rife with flaws, bad impacts...!

The Manatee County Substance Abuse Coalition agrees with Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi that the political committee People United for Medical Marijuana's proposed initiative petition being spearheaded by attorney John Morgan to amend the Florida Constitution is seriously flawed and would have a profoundly negative impact on the state of Florida.

Our concerns include:

• The proposal does not convey its true meaning and ramifications.

• The sponsor obscures the most fundamental issue underlying its proposal: the nature and scope of marijuana use the amendment would allow.

• The title and summary suggest the amendment would allow medical marijuana in narrow, defined circumstances, and only for patients with "debilitating diseases." But if the amendment passes, Florida law would allow marijuana in limitless situations.

• Any physician could approve marijuana for seemingly any reason to seemingly any person (of any age) -- including those without "debilitating diseases."

• Rather than informing voters that federal criminal law restricts medical marijuana, the ballot summary misleadingly suggests the opposite.

We have reviewed this document and also have grave concerns about the loopholes that create the possibility of replacing pill mills with pot shops.

MCSAC believes that once Floridians are provided with clear, correct information, they will prove to be smarter than the political committee and John Morgan realize.

We need to protect our Constitution, the foundation document meant to provide for our basic rights and organization of government.

As the Florida Chamber of Commerce noted, our Constitution should be protected and not be sold to special interest groups trying to purchase a place in it for their ideas to be forced on the rest of us.

Further, it must be emphasized that under federal statute marijuana is still illegal, limiting the ability of financial institutions to support an illegal industry; the sale of marijuana is therefore a cash business.

Manatee County Sheriff Brad Steube and Bradenton Police Chief Michael Radzilowski wisely warned us that legalization will lead to an increase in crime and fraud.

Congratulations to them for having the courage to alert us to what they know, as professional law officers, will negatively impact Manatee.

Recently John Morgan, Kevin Sabet, Ph.D. (director of the Drug Policy Institute at UF College of Medicine) and Charlie Brown (Denver city councilmen) participated in a NPR radio debate (WUSF Florida Matters: Medical Marijuana).

Mr. Brown, who is on the committee attempting to regulate marijuana in Denver, clearly states that a constitutional amendment is a big mistake, and he talked about the regulation nightmare in Colorado.

There is a reason that law enforcement, major medical associations and substance abuse prevention and treatment groups oppose the effort to determine marijuana as medicine at the ballot box.

Once Floridians understand the impact of this ballot initiative on our children, the economy and public safety, MCSAC believes that, compassion aside, they will refuse to allow a special interest group to hijack our legislative and safe medicine processes for their own gain.
