CAIR National Runs from Logan’s Warning’s Truths on Islam!

Man-running-awayThe Council on American Islamic Relations certainly makes a lot of claims on their website:

VISION AND MISSION (http: //www.cair.com/about-us.html)
CAIR’s vision is to be a leading advocate for justice and mutual understanding.

CAIR’s mission is to enhance understanding of Islam, encourage dialogue, protect civil liberties, empower American Muslims, and build coalitions that promote justice and mutual understanding.
CORE PRINCIPLES

CAIR supports free enterprise, freedom of religion and freedom of expression.

  • CAIR is committed to protecting the civil rights of all Americans, regardless of faith.
  • CAIR supports domestic policies that promote civil rights, diversity and freedom of religion.
  • CAIR opposes domestic policies that limit civil rights, permit racial, ethnic or religious profiling, infringe on due process, or that prevent Muslims and others from participating fully in American civic life.
  • CAIR is a natural ally of groups, religious or secular, that advocate justice and human rights in America and around the world.
  • CAIR supports foreign policies that help create free and equitable trade, encourage human rights and promote representative government based on socio-economic justice.
  • CAIR believes the active practice of Islam strengthens the social and religious fabric of our nation.
  • CAIR condemns all acts of violence against civilians by any individual, group or state.
  • CAIR advocates dialogue between faith communities both in America and worldwide.
  • CAIR supports equal and complementary rights and responsibilities for men and women.

But when I checked their Twitter page just a few minutes ago, I saw this:

I guess CAIR only likes dialogue when it is one-sided in the favor of Islam. Unfortunately for them, I will continue to speak the truth!

Side note: CAIR has now been added to the list of prominent Muslims and Islamic organizations, that have run from having dialogue with me.

1. Muslim Matters & AlMaghrib Institute’s Islamic Scholar Yasir Qadhi

2. H. Yusuf, President of Calif’s Zaytuna Sharia College

3. World renowned Islamic scholar Mufti Menk

The Libtards Support Satanism as Culture and Myth yet Reject Christ??? I don't know which is worse: embracing the celebration of evil, or just being ambivalent about it.

Von wrote: Here's a clue, John, about the cost for climate change in the near future: PUBLIC WORKS! I should thank you since I'm going to be really busy. Unfortunately many places won't be able to pay for the costs so lots of people will die. --Settled Science Brakes Into Cold Sweat

Dear Comrade Von,

Wow, it's a wonder that I'm not deaf.

CAP LOCKS ARE ONLY FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES.

Truthfully, it looks like you have nothing but time since you’re writing here arguing with a guy who's never going to agree with you anyway.

Part of it is ideological. And part of it is neurological.

I think there's something wrong with your brain.

Because I'm not exactly sure what public works has to do with climate change; but then I'm not sure what climate change has to do with global warming. Tell me: are they still the same thing?

I missed the last UN report on climate change, so I'm not sure what it's supposed to mean these days.

On the other hand, let's talk about your brain damage: you could have some rare form of Tourette's where you shout out civil phrases like: POLICE CAR! Or AMBULANCE! Or CITY HALL!

Many places won't be able to pay for the cost of what? Climate change? Public works?

Many places can't pay for the costs of public works now.

But here's the thing: After 30 years of doomsday predictions about people dying from global warming, I don't think you can point to one documented death from so-called warming.

People die every year from heat prostration. But fewer people die from it than they did 100 years ago. And you want to give up all of that progress that we've made, just at a time when developing economies need the same amenities that developed economies have.

I can guarantee you that denying these developing economies cheap and reliable sources of energy have already led to deaths.

How many people you think die every day because certain countries don't have enough police officers, police cars or ambulances? If you were truly worried about the people you say you worry about you to address that problem today, rather than worrying about some mythical future that's always 30 years away.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH AMERICA: POLITICAL CORRECTNESS GONE AMOK!

While it may not be politically correct or prudent to use racial epithets, one must agree that Americans have a tradition of unrestrained political free speech and comments uttered in private and overheard and reported by a third-party should not constitute a firing offense unless the person is convicted of a criminal act. And, it appears that elected officials cannot be fired, but must resign or be recalled.

Wolfeboro inundated with calls for police commissioner to resign over use of N-word

The Wolfeboro Police Department’s dispatchers and the town manager’s office have fielded hundreds of phone calls and emails from as far as Alaska and Canada, reacting to reports of a police commissioner’s racist comment overheard in a restaurant.

Many of those callers, according to Wolfeboro officials, do not understand that the police commission is a separate, elected board and not made up of sworn police officers.

To clarify any murkiness, Wolfeboro Police Chief Stuart Chase held a press conference Friday afternoon, the day after hundreds of people turned out to protest Commissioner Bob Copeland’s racial slur brought to light by local resident Jane O’Toole, who complained to town officials.

Copeland was overhead at a restaurant and has acknowledged calling President Obama a “f...... n.....”, but has refused to apologize or resign.

“For the record, clarification is needed,” said Chase. “The Wolfeboro Police Commission is a three-person board whose duties and responsibilities are defined by New Hampshire (laws). The commissioners are elected officials who serve three-year terms. They hire, fire, establish compensation and promulgate the rules and regulations of the police department. They are not officers or sworn employees,” he said, adding that many callers assume the commissioners are police officers. Where is the outrage over this television program?  Here is a screen shot from my TiVo app on my iPhone …

While the truncated title (and the actual sexual material) may seem offensive, the actual title is Bullhorn Nights or Murder She Throats.” Funny, how a comment taken out of context or something that only appears to be racist can raise the hackles of a progressive socialist democrat. BTW, the episode is explicit and raunchy.

Bottom line …

Criminalizing boorish behavior in the absence of a criminal act is crazy and a tactic of progressive socialist democrats. The idea that a single race “owns” a word and can use it with impunity in daily speech, entertainment, and to communicate both greetings and derision is almost un-American.

I am not sure the context of Copeland’s comments – whether or not they were a offhand and casual remark or brought about by the deep division President Obama and his cadre of progressive socialist democrats have brought about in the nation; especially when the President and his posse of socialists and communists continue to subvert the constitution on a daily basis. While I would not use the n-word to describe Obama, I would consider the “T-word” and suggest that he be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors including perjury, failure to uphold his oath of office, and obstructing justice.

Whatever you may think of Bob Copeland, at least he was a man, he admitted what he said and did not try to weasel out of the taking the consequences of his actions. This is what it means to be an American and a man.

And, what of the tattletale who ran to the media and town counsel? A not so hidden agenda? I wonder if she is a concerned citizen or a hyper-partisan progressive socialist democrat?

Copeland's opinions may not be yours, and you are free to condemn his actions at the top of your lungs, but he is – as you are – an American who is free to express his opinion. That is until the progressive socialist democrats criminalize political speech and impose real sanctions for “incorrect thinking.” Is this the world we want? A world where Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, a progressive socialist democrat, one man, can essentially hold up all Congressional action?

Time to remove progressive socialist democrats from the House and the Senate in 2014, and in the Presidency in 2016.

Diverse Bits of Trivia

And you thought you knew it all.
Q: Why do men's clothes have buttons on the right while women's clothes have buttons on the left?

A: When buttons were invented, they were very expensive and worn primarily by the rich. Since most people are right-handed, it is easier to push buttons on the right through holes on the left. Because wealthy women were dressed by maids, dressmakers put the buttons on the maid's right!  And that's where women's buttons have remained since.

Q: Why do ships and aircraft use 'mayday' as their call for help?

A: This comes from the French word m'aidez -meaning 'help me' -- and is pronounced, approximately, 'mayday.'

Q: Why are zero scores in tennis called 'love'?

A: In France , where tennis became popular, round zero on the scoreboard looked like an egg and was called 'l'oeuf,' which is French for 'egg.' When tennis was introduced in the US,  Americans mispronounced it 'love.'

Q. Why do X's at the end of a letter signify kisses?

A: In the Middle Ages, when many people were unable to read or write, documents were often signed using an X.  Kissing the X represented an oath to fulfill obligations specified in the document.  The X and the kiss eventually became synonymous.

Q: Why is shifting responsibility to someone else called 'passing the buck'?

A: In card games, it was once customary to pass an item, called a buck, from player to player to indicate whose turn it was to deal. If a player did not wish to assume the responsibility of dealing, he would 'pass the buck' to the next player.

Q: Why do people clink their glasses before drinking a toast?

A: It used to be common for someone to try to kill an enemy by offering him a poisoned drink. To prove to a guest that a drink was safe, it became customary for a guest to pour a small amount of his drink into the glass of the host. Both men would drink it simultaneously.  When a guest trusted his host, he would only touch or clink the host's glass with his own.

Q: Why are people in the public eye said to be 'in the limelight'?

A: Invented in 1825, limelight was used in lighthouses and theatres by burning a cylinder of lime which produced a brilliant light. In the theatre, a performer 'in the limelight' was the centre of attention.

Q: Why is someone who is feeling great 'on cloud nine'?

A: Types of clouds are numbered according to the altitudes they attain, with nine being the highest cloud.  If someone is said to be on cloud nine, that person is floating well above worldly cares.

Q: In golf, where did the term 'Caddie' come from?

A. When Mary Queen of Scots went to France as a young girl, Louis, King of France, learned that she loved the Scots game 'golf.'  So he had the first course outside of Scotland built for her enjoyment. To make sure she was properly chaperoned  (and guarded) while she played, Louis hired cadets from a military school to accompany her. Mary liked this a lot and when returned to Scotland (not a very good idea in the long run), she took the practice with her.  In French, the word cadet is pronounced  'ca-day' and the Scots changed it into 'caddie.

Q: Why are many coin banks shaped like pigs?

A: Long ago, dishes and cookware in Europe were made of a dense orange clay called 'pygg'.  When people saved coins in jars made of this clay, the jars became known as 'pygg banks.' When an English potter misunderstood the word, he made a container that resembled a pig.  And it caught on.

Q: Did you ever wonder why dimes, quarters and half dollars have notches (milling), while pennies and nickels do not?

A: The US Mint began putting notches on the edges of coins containing gold and silver to discourage holders from shaving off small quantities of the precious metals. Dimes, quarters and half dollars are notched because they used to contain silver. Pennies and nickels aren't notched because the metals they contain are not valuable enough to shave.

So there !  Now you know.
