The "School" of El Metro 3, Where are They Now? Posted: 22 Aug 2014 08:15 PM PDT On August 6, 2012, banners were placed in Reynosa to honor the birthday of Samuel "Metro 3" Flores Borrego, who was killed on September 2, 2011. Also known as "M3", he was the leader of the Los Metros faction of the Gulf Cartel. The text of the banner, in somewhat rambling language, listed his virtues as a friend and leader, as well as the lessons he taught his "school". At the bottom of the banner was a list of twenty-two aliases, the signers of the message, who apparently are members of the aforementioned "school" of "El Metro 3". A few weeks ago, my esteemed colleague on the forum, El Plata, made reference to the banner, which would lead to a conversation pointing out that so many of the old members of Los Metros were no longer around. Taking inspiration from that conversation, I decided to take a closer look at the individuals listed on the banner and see what their statuses are two years later. Please keep in mind this information is not definitive, but, rather, to the best of my knowledge.   Deceased: Metro 4- Héctor Delgado Santiago, killed January 15, 2013 by fellow cartel members. In his second court appearance, Chino Ántrax is granted a postponement Posted: 22 Aug 2014 08:12 PM PDT José Rodrigo Arechiga-Gamboa, better known by the alias Chino Ántrax or Norberto García  appearedThursday morning  in the U.S. Federal Court in San Diego, California.  It is the second appearance of the defendant facing proceedings against him for drug trafficking and for belonging to a organized criminal organization. Aréchiga-Gamboa, 34, entered the courtroom of Judge Dana M. Sabraw at 11.15 in the morning, wearing inmate jumpsuit, handcuffed with chains on his hands and feet and escorted by two officers.  On the way to the podium, he smiled at his family, who were sitting  in the back of the room and winked one eye to them in greeting. The defendant heard the session through simultaneous translation. The case against Aréchiga-Gamboa is based on counts of trafficking methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana, according to the indictment. However, he is also the leader of the gang known as the Ántrax.  (This is a distinction which allows the US to define him as a kingpin)   Ántrax are sicarios who allegedly operate on the orders of the Sinaloa cartel.  Chino Ántrax, is known for his love of luxury and display of power.  Before his arrest, he left a trail of social networks images of European travel, cars, and extravagant poses with weapons. Chino Ántrax, is represented by attorney Frank Ragen J II, who said in a statement Monday that he had received a computer hard drive of "thousands of documents" with possible relevance to his client’s case and he needed time to study, so he filed for  a postponement of the trial until mid-November.  The federal prosecution team was represented by Adam Braveman, who agreed to the postponement. A new preliminary hearing was set for November 21 at 11 am, when San Diego. Chino Ántrax was arrested last January in the Schiphol airport in Amsterdam, on an international warrant (interpol) issued by the United States. He was extradited last July 10 and the next day his initial appearance.  At that hearing the defendant issued a plea of "not guilty". In the same court continues the case against Serafin Zambada, son of Ismael El Mayo Zambada, leader of the Sinaloa cartel in conjunction with Joaquin El Chapo Guzman.  Guzman was arrested last February. Zacatecas: Decapitated body of Zetas plaza chief found with message from CDG Posted: 22 Aug 2014 09:53 AM PDT The headless body of a man in handcuffs was located at 11 PM Tuesday night in the community of El Conejo Township Teúl Gonzalez Ortega. Next to the body, a narco manta (message) signed by Golfo Cartel which referred to a settling of account for the criminal acts of the victim,  such as kidnapping and extortion..  Sources reported that the man was  the plaza chief of Los Zetas.  His moniker is reported to be "El Parchado",   The remains of the dead were taken to the amphitheater of the Medical Examiner (Semefo), where it has been  identified by their relatives. This death is in addition to the two decapitations that occurred last week by CDG in Zacatecas, which also left a message in which he warned that it happened to them for selling meth. A political and military miscalculation that may have put the United States and its allies at a significant risk. We have seen the results of a botched FBI investigation that saw confidential materials relating to the slain Ambassador’s diary left in plain sight on the floor of the joint CIA/State Department Compound – allegedly after the FBI visit to investigate and gather evidence. Not one of these terrorists were actively pursued for at least a year. No one has put forth a definitive statement about the purpose of the compound, the reason for the Ambassador’s presence (along with a high-ranking Turkish official) on the anniversary of the 9-11 terrorist attack on the United States. Hate him or love him, Rush Limbaugh was the single most important factor in returning relevance to AM radio with his conservative talk program. However, no matter how strong Rush Limbaugh’s program may be in capturing his time slot, one program – any program – is almost never enough to turn around a failing radio station in terms of audience, advertising revenue, and cost reduction. So it is with littler surprise that we find the radical far left trying to spin the story that their harassment of Rush Limbaugh was the proximate cause of station format changes and that it was Rush’s failure to deliver an audience that is at fault. So it is inevitable that radio stations will try to refresh their formats to attract (or maintain) their audience. Can the radical far left explain why progressive mainstream media sites are in decline? Why there are no powerhouse “progressive” celebrities that match the audience and reach of conservative talkers. And. with the exception of funnymen like John Stewart and Stephen Colbert, where are the massive cable ratings for serious progressive cable programs. Face it, the progressive socialist democrats have a shrill message that speaks about power politics and their right to dominate every facet of your life – and with spending your money to bring about the social change of victimhood that allows them to cheaply purchase voters.
