We believed there to be guns in every home and people who knew how to use them from all the American movies we had seen. We did not have enough troops on the ships we were on to take on a population of armed people this numerous.”

Part 1 Posted: 10 Oct 2015 05:56 AM PDT It is bad enough that our own government and MSM are misleading us on the true nature on Islam. Now we have the same whitewashing of Islam taking place in at least one public school in Katy Texas and concerned parents are not happy! Recently I was contacted by a reader of Logan’s Warning who told me that their child’s school was giving them lessons on Islam. Now I do not mind that the school is “teaching” them about Islam. What I do mind is that the teacher is only telling part of the story. A lesson that implies Islam is a peaceful religion, and not the threat it is to non-Muslims, women, and children. Which is the equivalent of whitewashing the threats of Communism and Nazism.  (The Mufti of Jerusalem Haj Amin al-Husseini, sitting with his pal Adolf Hitler.) If Islam is going to be “taught” in our public schools, the truth needs to be taught. Which is why I will fulfill the parents request, and give a lesson on what is not being taught. A lesson that the parent will share with other concerened parents. My source requested that they remain anonymous, but here is how the school is indoctrinating the children into to believing Islam is non-Muslim friendly. Germany: Migrant Crime Wave, Police Capitulate by Soeren Kern  •  October 11, 2015 at 5:00 am According to a classified document, the German government now estimates that Germany will receive as many as 1.5 million asylum seekers in 2015, including 920,000 in the last quarter of 2015 alone. With family reunifications, the actual number of asylum seekers could swell to more than 7 million. Separately, German authorities now estimate that at least 290,000 migrants and refugees have entered the country without being registered. "The behavior of these highly delinquent youths towards police officers can be characterized as aggressive, disrespectful and condescending. ... When they are arrested, they resist and assault [police officers]. The youths have no respect for state institutions." — Confidential report, leaked to Die Welt. In Berlin, a classified police report revealed that a dozen Arab clans hold reign over the city's criminal underworld. The report says the clans, which are dedicated to dealing drugs, robbing banks and burglarizing department stores, run a "parallel justice system" in which they resolve disputes among themselves with mediators from other crime families. If the state gets involved, the clans use cash payments or threats of violence to influence witnesses. "For years the policy has been to leave the population in the dark about the actual crime situation... TECHNOLOGY AND THE DANGER OF THE PROGRESSIVE MINDSET Posted: 10 Oct 2015 08:39 PM PDT There used to be a time in Silicon Valley when entrepreneurs were doing their own thing: creating industries that destroyed others to benefit the user with better products at more affordable price. Technology was democratizing life and placing the power of knowledge in people’s hands. Questions that remained unanswered or forced a trip to the library were now as close to being authoritatively answered as the palm of your hand. Ask any question and it was likely that it had already been answered or you could find a community of like-minded individuals that were working on the answer. Among these technologists, you found a variety of people: the solopreneur with the Asperger’s syndrome, the loners who lived to code – or mess with other people’s code, and the socially-conscious entrepreneur who wanted to save people as well as the planet. Companies were focused on outcomes, and not necessarily financial ones like the billion-dollar unicorns that sprang from a combination of technology and Wall Street greed. Unfortunately, the progressive socialist democrats saw technology changing mindsets, changing behavior, and making the serious money that could result in political power. They also saw the darker sides of technology; the way to track people in real time or access their secrets. Secrets that could be turned into influence and political power. So how best to tap this cornucopia of money and technological power? Certainly most of the people involved in technology, especially those who grew up in Silicon Valley, were already liberals and somewhat politically aware. Google’s mantra was “Do No Evil” as they attempted to create meaningful order out of a multiplicity of websites. Life was good and there were few evildoers outside of hackers, crooks, and politicians. So politicians, being politicians, did what all politicians do: use the taxpayer’s money to buy access to the technologists. Like the snake whispering to Eve, promises of enlightenment to a new world and access to untold wonders … including purchases from the largest customer in the world (the government), restrictions that preserve your business model and hobble your competitors, and above all, mandates that demand that your product be used by consumers. And, thus technology was corrupted into weaponizing the “internet of things,” so-called smart devices that can report your actions and behavior to unknown government servers, to be analyzed for the type of deviance that can be taxed and/or fined. Imagine that mandated black box in your car that can be used to report your mileage for tax purposes, that can computes your speed in traffic zones, and can automatically send you ticket – or even debit your bank account without your permission?  Imagine that law enforcement is looking for suspects and they use your cellphone location, information from an automated license plate reader, or even match-up information from a facial recognition system from a nearby hidden camera to drag you to the station to coerce testimony? Imagine the government wants you to support one of their prime partners in political graft and corruption, the unions, and demands that your enterprise unionizes. Even though you protest that unions reward seniority over merit, the status quo over innovation, increasing wages and benefits without a corresponding increase in productivity, and onerous work rules that impact your headcount and run rate? But, even worse than that – what if they, the corrupt politicians, are influenced by someone with more money, or at least willing to spend more money? In what court of competent jurisdiction can you seek relief when all of the incriminating – or in case you are the one being disadvantaged, exculpatory --  evidence disappears into the bit bucket? Bottom line … It is a truism that “if you lie down with dogs, you will get up with fleas.” And, if you, the technologist, associate with corrupt politicians, you will yourself become corrupted to the point of no return, no defense, and no future. Borderland Beat material for historical reporting from BB archives Edgar Valdez Villarreal, alias "The Barbie", pleaded not guilty of charges of drug trafficking and money laundering, in an appearance before at the United States Courthouse,  75 Spring Street, S.W.. Atlanta, Georgia He was transferred to Bexar County, Atlanta, Georgia before the hearing. Valdez Villarreal appeared before federal judge Hon. William Simon. Duffey Jr.,  along with his father in law, Carlos Montemayor González, one of his alleged accomplices, who was arrested and then extradited with Valdez.  In the brief hearing on Friday, judge Duffey ordered the men held without bail. Valdez was extradited, with 12 others, from Mexico to the United States on September 30th. The 42 year old Valdez has charges he must face in multiple federal.  In the Georgia federal district he and five others are accused of distributions of tons of cocaine to the Eastern United States between the years of 2004 and 2006. In the eastern district of Louisiana he faces charges stemming from a 2002 indictment.  Valdez was arrested in Mexico on August 30, 2010 and has been detained in Altiplano No1 prison in the state of Mexico since that date, fighting extradition.  His last appeal was struck down over a year ago, but Mexico did not release him for extradition until September.  Valdez is known as the American achieving the highest status within a Mexican cartel. Zetas interrogation prior to execution Valdez' notorious acts of violence  While in Mexico Valdez became notorious for some of the most gruesome acts of violence.  Those who knew him and later ended up sitting on a bench facing prosecutors of SIEDO,  gave information that sicarios under the leadership of Valdez  conducted routine executions of innocent people without hesitation, including  24 farmers and masons from La Marquesa. In 2006, Mateo Díaz López, a former military and a commander for Los Zetas, was arrested and told SIEDO that "La Barbie" was responsible for filming the execution of four sicarios. This video was sent to The Dallas Morning News on December 1, 2005. "I know that that the Preventive Police and the AFIs abducted nine members of my group (Zetas) in a nightclub in Zihuatanejo, these men were in that city in order to fight for control of the plaza.” "Once abducted, they took them to the city of Acapulco and there, they delivered the men to "La Barbie," who later released a video in which four of the men are seen being interviewed.  Among them were "El Peterete," Vizcarra, and another man that I don't remember his alias. On the video these men said many things about Los Zetas," said Mateo Díaz on July 17, 2006. According to Mateo during the interrogation, "La Barbie" forced the gunmen to say that Osiel was receiving protection from Santiago Vasconcelos, then head of SIEDO, with full intention to discredit him. After interrogators, who are never revealed,  (one is alleged to be "La Barbie") question the men, the video ends when a pistol enters the frame and shoots this man believed to be Vizcarra in the head (at left).  "In the video itself one can hear the voice of "La Barbie" directing the men on what to say and one of the persons shown is executed and turns out to be Vizcarra. Later on I learned that they had also executed all of the rest of the men and their bodies disappeared. Also in this video my companions say that the attorney Vasconcelos was involved with us (Zetas), which is not true, as this was only a strategy of "La Barbie"' to force the PGR to go after us," said Mateo Díaz Below is the video warning it does show footage of Vizcarra being executed.

Arrest of "El Chapo's" escape pilot, "Z40" paid for Altiplano concert  Posted: 10 Oct 2015 12:52 PM PDT Lucio R. for Borderland Beat- material used from Excelsior, Reforma and Economia Among those arrested for the escape of Joaquin El Chapo Guzman from the maximum security prison of Altiplano, is a pilot who helped the leader of the Sinaloa Cartel , announced the General Attorney of the Republic, Arely Gómez González. Appearing before the Senate, the head of the Attorney General's Office (PGR) acknowledged that the escape of Guzman Loera weakened the confidence of citizens in the prison system and the country's security institutions. Her mentioning an “escape pilot” had lawmakers scratching their heads, because this is the first anyone had heard of such an arrest. Further confusion is that Gomez did not give any details of the arrest or even the date and name of the detainee. It has been speculated that Guzman Loera, had been transferred via vehicle to an area out of the prison’s air space restriction for a flight to his final destination, presumably somewhere in the Sinaloa Sierra Madre. Gomez also offers that the investigation continues notably analyzing protocols and telephone history in an attempt to discover who was directly involved in the escape. The attorney general says that 23 former public servants have been arrested or have pending arrest warrant against them for aiding in El Chapo’s escape.  This includes the prison director. “Z40” throws prison concert leading to the firing of director The prison director of Altiplano came to the prison after the termination of Marisa Quintanilla de la Garza.  Reported widely in Mexican media is the story that Quintanilla permitted a party featuring the band Los Tucanes de Tijuana.   Miguel Trevino aka "Z40" paid for the party.  As the story goes he wanted to conduct the party within the prison, but Quintanilla rejected that plan as it would be an infraction of the rules.  She later agreed to conduct the concert outside the prison walls in a field adjacent to the Max Prison. Her reasoning was since the concert was technically outside the jurisdiction of the prison.   She was terminated and replaced by Valentin Cardenas Lerma, now under arrest for aiding El Chapo’s escape. BB readers may remember reading about Quintanilla “humanistic approach” to incarceration. Her philosophy was to treat prisoners with respect which would affect their rehabilitation.   Excelsior reported that for weeks before the September 15, 2013 event, trucks began arriving to construct and set up the outside prison makeshift venue, and when it was known the event was paid for by Z40 a few contractors notified prison authorities, but the complaints were ignored. The event included a massive laser light show reflecting the letter “Z” and “40” and when prisoners saw that from inside the prison screams and cheers  of appreciation and thanks, could be heard throughout the prison.   Z40 premier leader of the Los Zetas cartel was captured on July 13, 2013 between the cities of Sabinas Coahuila and Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas.

A BB reader sent this video in, which is footage of Larry Hernandez pointing a gun to a “kidnapping victim’s” head.  He hurls insults and makes fun of his crying, as he speaks to someone on speaker phone giving instructions. There are two camps of opinion regarding this video, one says this is a clear portrayal of Hernandez’  criminal mindset and behavior, while others defend Hernandez insisting the video was just a joke and doesn’t mean anything. Either way, reasonable persons will view the clip and  conclude Hernandez  as being very comfortable in thug behavior.   This is not presented as footage of the crime he has been charged with and if the case goes to trial it is doubtful it would ever be presented as evidence.  The evidence in the Newberry South Carolina case against Hernandez, is reported as having in  evidence an audio recording of the crime.  Thank you to the reader sending the link to full video which clearly shows it is part of play acting.  Art imitating life would be a rasonable asumption since the victim in South Carolina says this happened to him as he was wrapped in plastic wrap.  Thank you Larry for the visual.   Victim: wrong place, wrong time José Andrade, who became a kidnapping and assault victim over a $30,000 dance performance debt speaks out.  According to a Newberry County criminal complaint,  Jesus Andrade, previously identified as Jose, was a victim of a kidnapping and assault on August 16. In an interview with Al Rojo Vivo, he insists  that he is not a dance promoter and at no time did he hire Mexican narco ballad singer Larry Hernández to perform at a dance in Newberry. Andrade said that he was a victim and was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Andrade identified Hernández as the person who had threatened his life twice while he was beaten and held against his will by Hernández, Jesús Ivan Solis and several other people who have not been identified. Roberto Gomez (at left) was identified as the dance promoter that actually hired Larry Hernández to perform in Newberry. Gomez failed to pay Hernández the $30K. He told Univision that he would not confirm whether he paid Hernández in full or deny it.  Andrade was Gomez’s chauffeur who was kidnapped and assaulted by Hernández and Solis.
