A Month of Islam in Germany: May 2016 Sharia Police, Erdogan Burgers, More Mass Rapes by Soeren Kern  •  June 18, 2016 at 5:00 am During an investigation into the mass sexual assaults in Cologne on New Year's Eve, a chief superintendent from the Cologne police department revealed that he was ordered to remove the term "rape" from an internal police report about the assaults. The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, says it will process more than one million asylum requests in 2016. Thousands of Christians in German refugee shelters are being persecuted by Muslims, sometimes even by their security guards. — Open Doors, German branch. "German security officials have indications that members and supporters of terrorist organizations are being smuggled in with refugees in a targeted, organized way in order to launch attacks in Germany." — German Federal Police. Muhterem Aras was elected as the female first Muslim speaker of the state parliament in Baden-Württemberg. Aras has been a proponent of allowing migrants without German citizenship to vote in local elections. A 26-year-old migrant from Afghanistan was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in prison for raping a woman who had offered him accommodation in her home in Cologne by means of a website, "Refugees Welcome." A high court in Düsseldorf, Germany ruled that a group of eight Islamists who dressed up in orange vests with the words "SHARIA POLICE" and who attempted to enforce Islamic law on the streets of Wuppertal in 2014 would face trial. They are charged under a law that prohibits the wearing of uniforms at public rallies -- a law originally designed to ban neo-Nazi groups from parading in public. May 1. The anti-immigration Alternative for Germany (AfD), now the third-most popular political party in Germany, adopted a manifesto calling for curbs to migration and restrictions on Islam. The document calls for a ban on minarets, Muslim calls to prayer and full-face veils. May 2. Hans-Georg Maaßen, the head of Germany's domestic intelligence agency, revealed that around 90 "predominately Arabic-speaking" mosques in Germany are under surveillance. He said they involve mostly "backyard mosques" where "self-proclaimed imams and self-proclaimed emirs" are "inciting their followers to jihad." He called on moderate Muslims to work with the government to fight extremism and defend the constitutional order. Maaßen was speaking ahead of a security conference in Berlin at which he said that his agency we receiving on average four terror alerts every day: "The Islamic State is committed to attacking Germany and German interests." The Terrorist Watch List, Explained

In the aftermath of the Orlando terrorist attack, the fact that Omar Mateen was twice investigated by the FBI has many wondering why he was allowed to purchase firearms and why the FBI wasn’t aware of his plans for terror. Here are the key details about U.S. terrorist watch lists and what they do.

What Is the Terrorist Watch List? 

The Terrorist Screening Database is the official name for the main terrorist watch list; it is maintained by the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center. The terrorist watch list is the central U.S. repository of known and suspected terrorists, both foreign and domestic.

The list receives names of suspected international terrorists from the Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment,  maintained by the National Counterterrorism Center in connection with the U.S. intelligence community and security agencies that have information on terrorists. It also receives data on domestic terrorists from the FBI.

The  terrorist watch list includes only information used to identify terrorists. The database itself does not include classified information on terrorists regarding what they have done and how we have been tracking them. This classified information is maintained in the Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment for foreign terrorists, and at the FBI for domestic terrorists.

How Is the Terrorist Watch List Used?

From the Terrorism Screening Database, or terrorist watch list, more specific lists are created for different purposes.

For example, the no-fly list and the selectee list are used to prevent individuals from traveling or to subject them to greater scrutiny. For an individual to be included on the no-fly list or selectee list, additional evidence of his threat to aviation security and clear identifying information is needed above and beyond the standard of reasonable suspicion.

Another list extracted from the terrorist watch list is the Known and Suspected Terrorist File, or KST file.  For someone to be included in the KST file, clear identifying information is needed.

The National Instant Criminal Background Check System, used to check firearm purchases, draws on the KST file. Inclusion in the file does not itself prevent a gun purchase, but flags the purchase for further review.

The individual is allowed to purchase a firearm so long as he is not a felon, adjudicated to be mentally ill, a fugitive from justice, an illegal immigrant, or prohibited from making gun purchases for another statutory reason.

What Is the Standard of Proof to Be Put on the Terrorist Watch List?

To get on the terrorist watch list,  U.S. officials nominate an individual whom they have “reasonable suspicion” to believe is engaged in or aiding terrorist activities.

There must also be a sufficient level of identifying information to include an individual on the list. There have been, and continue to be, legal battles over whether proper avenues for redress exist to get off the no-fly list.

So How Did Omar Mateen Get His Guns?

Omar Mateen, identified as the killer in the Orlando massacre, was subject to two FBI investigations in 2013 and 2014. He was added to the terrorist watch list.

Following the conclusion of the investigations, Mateen was removed from the watch list.  As a result, when he went to purchase the firearms used in the attack, he was not in the KST file and was not flagged by the FBI.

Even if Mateen had been on the list, he likely would not have been prevented from purchasing a weapon. The FBI would have been alerted, however, and could have responded and investigated further.

Did the FBI Make a Mistake?

In the coming days, the FBI’s decision to close its investigations will be reviewed. FBI Director James Comey has said it appears the bureau followed the correct procedures, but the steps the agents took are being examined to see if something fell through the cracks.

Until we know more about how the FBI investigated Mateen, we can’t assume the FBI did something wrong.

The situation  does, however, point to the critical role the FBI plays in investigating and preventing terrorism, and why our intelligence and law enforcement agencies need the right resources and tools—as well as the right coordination with state and local law enforcement— to stop terrorists before they strike.

IF YOU BELIEVE OBAMA, HILLARY CLINTON, AND JOHN KERRY THAT ISLAM IS THE RELIGION OF PEACE  Posted: 16 Jun 2016 11:47 PM PDT Once again we are presented with the fact that Islam is unlikely to change for the single reason that, unlike the Bible, the Quran is the literal word of Allah as dictated to his Prophet Mohammad. And, therefore cannot be changed in any substantive manner without an accusation of apostasy or blasphemy; both capital crimes in the strictest interpretation of Islam. The fact that Mohammad was a power-mad warlord bent on conquest or that the Christian Crusades were actually a response to Muslim aggression does not seem to change President Obama’s opinions nor will it likely to change the moral equivalency that he often cites to justify Islamic terror. Is there any refutation that this is incorrect?  While the Administration is banning the use of certain words or officially limiting instructional materials to be used to explain Islam to governmental agencies, someone must be aware of the clear and present danger presented by the Obama Administration and the Clinton Administration if Hillary Clinton be elected President. It appears that our politicians have had no compunction with lining their pockets with Muslim cash. Some payments, like those to the Clinton Global Initiative, being more blatant than others. Bottom line … The problem is not that Islam is not a true religion, but that it is a hybrid religion that merges church and state in such a fashion that there is zero tolerance for non-Muslims; and even for Muslims not in the mainstream. The choice: convert, live in servitude as subhuman slaves, or be put to the sword. When will the civilized nations agree that there is evil on this earth and it comes dressed in the cloak of religion? Perhaps we do not need to bomb them into oblivion, but simply spray them with porcine blood and offering them an alternate salvation in the afterlife. Failing that, evil on Earth must be contained or destroyed. -- steve

Islam And The Religion Of Peace Is The Greatest Single Threat The World Faces In 2016 by Geoffrey Grider England 20 years ago decided to welcome Islam and Muslim in with open arms, and the result has been a nearly complete realignment of the culture of that entire nation. "Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment,"Qu'ran 5:33 Here we are on Day 12 of the Muslim 'holy month' of Ramadan, and the death count is fairly impressive. So far, Muslims around the world have committed 96 terror attacks in the name of Allah, resulting in the death of 753 souls. All that from the 'religion of peace'. The number of terror attacks committed by any other religion anywhere in the world during this same period of time is, give or take 5%, absolutely zero. Everywhere you look across the liberal media, you see world leader after world leader defending, promoting, and covering up for the atrocious and murderous deeds committed by Islamic terrorists in the name of their god, Allah. It is like a spirit has captured control of their collective thinking, and they are unable to do anything but spue the party line. An open rebuke to the failed leader of Great Britain: Paul Weston, British politician, chairman of Liberty GB, parliamentary candidate, and member of the Pegida UK leadership team, has a point to make about Islam being a religion of peace as PM of Britain, David Cameron had stated. This is a lucid explanation of why Islam is not, historically or religiously, a religion of peace. Weston’s explanation, using detailed examples is clear and alarming. As Muslims reach larger and larger numbers in Great Britain, it may be important for David Cameron along with all the citizens of Great Britain to hear what he has to say. Islam in England is multiplying faster than a roach colony in a Brooklyn tenement, and the fact that world leaders are relentless in hammering home the message that 'Islam is a religion of peace' increases this factor by many times. Decline of Christianity and rise of Islam in UK: Sharia Law is already being enacted is parts of England right now. Just last month, London elected a Muslim mayor who is already working overtime to make that city "Sharia Friendly". Muslims do not ever assimilate into their host country's culture, they bide their time until there are sufficient numbers of them to institute Islamic laws. I believe we will witness the end of England as a Christian nation within our lifetime. If you think that the great nation of America is above winding up in the same position as England, think again. We right now have a president who is unable to even utter the words 'Islamic terrorism', and spends the bulk of his time promoting Islam when not enacting laws and executive orders to create a modern-day Sodom within our borders. "In the same hour came forth fingers of a man's hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaister of the wall of the king's palace: and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote. And this is the writing that was written, MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN. This is the interpretation of the thing: MENE; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it." Daniel 5:5,25,26 (KJV) Islam, far from being peaceful, is a violent and fascist ideology promoting world domination by the followers of Mohammed. The very word 'Islam' means submission. Sharia Law is something that would have been right at home in Adolf Hitler's Nazi Germany. In fact, Hitler had a great respect for Islam and their goals of ridding the world of Jews. ‘It’s been our misfortune to have the wrong religion,” Hitler complained to his pet architect Albert Speer. “Why did it have to be Christianity, with its meekness and flabbiness?” Islam was a Männerreligion—a “religion of men”—and hygienic too. The “soldiers of Islam” received a warrior’s heaven, “a real earthly paradise” with “houris” and “wine flowing.” This, Hitler argued, was much more suited to the “Germanic temperament” than the “Jewish filth and priestly twaddle” of Christianity. Embrace it at the cost of your own life.
