The Catholic Church is the oldest Christian religion in the world.
When the Catholic Church was founded, there were no hospitals. Today, one out of five people in this country receive their medical care at a Catholic hospital.
When the Catholic Church was founded, there were no schools. Today, the Catholic Church teaches 3 million students a day, in its more than 250 Catholic Colleges and Universities, in its more than 1200 Catholic High Schools and its more than 5000 Catholic grade schools.
Every day, the Catholic Church feeds, clothes, shelters and educates more people than any other organization in the world.
The new Obama Health Mandate could end all this and the tax payers would have to make up the loss.
Also, all Catholic adoption services would come to an end. A human disaster.
There are more than 77 million Catholics in this country. It takes an estimated 50 million Catholic votes to elect a president. I am asking all of you to go to the polls and be united in replacing our present president with a president that will respect the Catholic Church, all Christians, and all Religions besides Islam.
Mr President, you said, "The USA is not a Christian Nation".
You are wrong we are a Christian Nation founded on Judeo-Christian values allowing all religions in America to Worship & Practice Freely.

It's time to PRAY!
Just so you’ll be clear, it’s ALWAYS time to pray! But, as your Pastor, I just sense in my heart, from the Lord, that I need to call all McGregorites and friends to PRAY for our nation. Consider the following:
- We face a crucial election. Cliché but true, perhaps the most philosophically, fundamentally, “two different visions” election in my lifetime.
- Christians must put on our spiritual armor and be warriors for Christ. We fight best and strongest on our knees!
- The only hope for our nation and world is Jesus! Let’s stop being dependent upon pundits and start praying to the God of the universe!
- We are crashing because of carnality, sinking because of secularism, drowning in national debt, hiding behind our humanistic philosophy, and Glee-fully (pun intended!) mocking our God! Our nation is just plain sick! Our nation is obviously on the wrong path, and no politician of any party can offer the answers we need most – we need revival! We MUST pray.
- God promises in His Word that if we “pray and seek His face, and turn from our wicked ways,” THEN we will hear from heaven and Him!
That’s what we need! Folks, we need Him! Neither Republicans nor Democrats will destroy us; our own sin will do that, but neither can either party save us. Only God can do that. Join me as we turn to Him in prayer. I am very often asked by folks to speak to politics from the pulpit. Honestly, I don’t have enough time to speak to such temporary issues. But I DO need to lead us to PRAY! And I will.
I’m asking you – all of you, to join me in two things:
First, for us to PRAY! Make a commitment with me to spend time in prayer each day, praying specifically for our nation. For our nation to turn to God like never before.
Second, for us to FAST. The Scriptures encourage us to fast and pray. Fast, as you can, for God to sovereignly rule over our people and our nation and our world. To fast is to sacrifice something valuable (food!) in order to obtain something of greater value – God’s blessings and presence! Pray and fast for our nation, for this election, for our people. We need that now more than ever!
Be God’s people – let’s go to Him – He’s our only hope. He IS our Hope!!
