Self defense forces occupy Apatzingan government building

APATZINGAN.- Only a few months after starting operations, the Rural Police (Fuerza Rural) today ceased performing public safety functions in Apatzingan and Buenavista Tomatlan.

Federal Commissioner Alfredo Castillo reported that after this afternoon, the Army and Federal Police will be totally in charge of security in those locations. The same measure, he said, will be applied in the community of La Mira, Lazaro Cardenas municipality.

"The Mexican Army and the Federal Police will assume total control of security in three specific localities: in the municipality of Apatzingan, in the community known as La Ruana, Buenavista municipality, and in the community of La Mira," he indicated.

In a press conference, he pointed out that of the more than 20 communities in which the Rural Police (program) has been implemented, this measure only involves three localities. "They are three places where the (rural police) members and/or the former self defense forces did not understand the importance of respecting institutions and  of fostering an environment of calm and social tranquility", he declared.

Castillo lamented that groups exist that have interests other than stability and development of the state. "Specifically, there are special interests disguised as self defense forces ("autodefensas") that are fighting for control of Apatzingan, and other groups that are fighting over leadership in their region to try to establish narcotics laboratories or to take control of the minerals," he charged.

The official declared that armed groups will not be allowed to operate. "Not in these places nor in any other part of the State will a person be allowed to be armed; they will be arrested and turned over to the proper authorities," he warned.

Autodefensas prepare for 'war'

Far from surrendering their weapons, rival "autodefensa" groups say they are ready for a war in Tierra Caliente. Both sides accuse each other of having ties to organized crime and appear to be armed in this new struggle for control of the territory.

"Either they disarm Los Viagras, or they are going to have a war here," warned Aurelio Gomez, leader of the self defense forces in the community of Uspero.

In the interview, he accused authorities of allowing the other armed group to operate despite the alleged criminal ties of its leaders.  "The government will make a mess if it tries to disarm us and allow them to continue operations. In that case, they'd better kill us," said this owner of fighting roosters, a friend of the armed group H3, led by Luis Antonio Torres, "El Americano".

Gomez stated that Los Viagras are tied to the Guerreros Unidos cartel and that their objective is to carry on the business of producing synthetic drugs as well as collecting protection money in the area.

The interview was given today to members of the media in Uspero , a town in the Paracuaro municipality.  Gomez was accompanied by relatives of 187 "autodefensas" arrested last year, accused of being members of Los Caballeros Templarios.

Fifteen kilometers away, people identified as belonging to Los Viagras have occupied the Apatzingan Government Building for the second consecutive day. Led by their leader, Nicolas Sierra Santana, they warned that they will not surrender their weapons until all the remaining leaders of the Tmplarios are eliminated.

"There are still many Templarios left, and we've got them close by," stated Sierra Santana.

Hung outside the municipal government building are signs and placards demanding the arrest of alleged Templarios, including their supreme commander, Servando Gomez, "La Tuta".

They also placed messages of support of the founder of the self defense forces, Hipolito Mora, who lost his son in a shootout on December 16 in La Ruana. A total of 11 people died in that gunfight and, according to Los Viagras, the attack was started by gunmen with "El Americano". Sierra commented that the takeover of the government building is to pressure federal authorities to reinforce safety in the area in view of the risk of a confrontation with the other armed group.

DD note;   It doesn’t just happen  in Guerrero.
The home of activist Elisa Zepeda was burned.
On Dec. 14th, In the municipality Eloxochitlán de Flores Magon, Oaxaca, during an Assembly to elect a mayor, human right  activist  Elisa Zepeda Lagoon was struck by a stick, dragged 20 meters by her  hair, whipped and kicked.   In the attack  her  brother, Manuel Zepeda Lagunas, was murdered and  his mother turned out to be hurt and her house and her mothers set on fire,  detailed the National Commission of Human rights (CNDH).
According to the testimony of the victim, she was attacked for “meddling in the affairs of the people ”

The CNDH denounced the attack and issued a statement which says that it is investigating the facts.
“Allegedly, the Mayor Alfredo Bolaños licensed Pacheco and three other men,  threatened her with a shotgun placed to her head.  beat her with a stick, dragged her 20 meters by her hair, beating her to the ground and kicking her in the ribs'.  ”.

The agency said the attackers went to the home of the Mazatec activist to burn it with petrol bombs and arrested her brother, Manuel Zepeda Lagunas. Then he was taken to the public square to torture and kill, without any authority intervening to contain the violence.

The commission said that the investigations will follow up promptly, monitor the performance of the Attorney General of Oaxaca to investigate those responsible and punished according to law, and in due course issue a determination in accordance with applicable law.

The Witness Testimony

"Women and men came together at 11:00 am near the municipal park, but minutes later we heard screams of men who approached the park. There were about 100 men who were armed with machetes, sticks, guns, rockets and Molotov cocktails, "said Elisa told local media.

The woman reported that men, women and children ran "for fear of being killed." They hid in a grocery store, and while they were there, "heard how they were destroyed a restaurant and parked cars."

'Look for Elisa, find her, she has to be here!', cried Jaime Betanzos Fuentes, who - according to the activist - for more than two decades has sought to remain in the municipal power.

Elisa escaped to her home where shortly Betanzos Jaime Fuentes, Alfredo Pacheco Bolanos, Jacob Betanzos Zepeda and Omar Morales arrived at her home accompanied by about 50 people, who burned a gas tank, her home, and her  parents home  and 11 vehicles that were in the shop of her  brother Manuel Zepeda Lagunas.

By trying to defend me, Gustavo [family friend] was attacked with pipes and machetes, tossed into a pond and then killed with the coup de grace by the municipal police Omar Morales', she told the state press.

"We were all severely beaten. Simultaneously they released about eleven petrol bombs and caused both houses to catch fire. "

When the activist decided to go out to face him, she was  attacked by Jaime Jacob Betanzos Zepeda, Ruben Cerqueda, Francisco Betanzos Ordaz and Alfredo Bolaños Pacheco, the latter who the mayor had authorized, struck me blows to the head with a stick," she explained the to the  local press.

"Betanzos Francisco Ordaz buried me the tip of the shotgun in my front, pulling me about 20 meters; I was surrounded by about 40 men."

According to her testimony, the councilman Jaime Betanzos threatened: "'here were your dreams asshole, you do not ever get into the Affairs of the people,' he said while he beat her.

Then Jacob Zepeda Betanzos, Betanzos Jaime Vargas Terán Fuentes and Genaro dragged her brother Manuel to the public square, where he was stripped and publicly presented as "provocateur of aggression".

He was subsequently transferred dead to the Public Ministry of Huautla de Jiménez.

The human rights activist and advocate, Elisa Zepeda stated that violence could have been avoided.

According to the local media, during the events there was present at least one patrol car of the State Police (PE), which saw the beatings and murders, but did not intervene.

Elisa reported that the municipal and state governments try to ignore her role as a defender of human rights and her community work with the Mazatec people, through which she has promoted the political participation of women and pushed for transparency and accountability in the town of Eloxochitlán.

Just prior to shooting him, Iguala Mayor tells activist: 'I will take pleasure in killing you'

The body of social activist, who witnesses testified was assassinated by Iguala Mayor Abarca
I was asked to consider re-posting post.  It was written on October 8, 2014, a week after the Iguala attacks and before the story of Iguala went viral around the world.  The article is now even more pertinent  in understanding the history of the region and Iguala specifically.

October 8, 2014- Chivis Borderland Beat

The PRD national council unanimously approved the immediate expulsion of José Luis Abarca, Mayor of Iguala, Guerrero. Also impeachment proceedings have been initiated.

The mayor is wanted for murder.

On May 30th 2013 hundreds of striking miners, farmers and activists belonging to Unión Popular Emiliano Zapata (UPEZ),  was conducting a protest in Iguala, Guerrero.

The grievances had lasted over seven years and nothing had transpired to addresses the issues of  exploitation and extreme occupational hazards that faced Taxco miners on strike against Grupo Mexico, the Larrea family, and the complicity, abuses, and impunity of local rulers.  Other issues were the exploitation of farmers.

In the case of Iguala, the local ruler is mayor, José Luis Abarca.  Iguala residents have long complained of the criminality of Abarca and his wife, and their alleged ties to Guerrero Unidos cartel.

On May 29 th, Abarca ordered the social activist group in an open forum to;

“stop fucking around with me, I have people that work for me, that can take care of this”.

Arturo Hernandez Cordona, (at left) scientist, agricultural consultant, and founder of the local PRD as part of the National Democratic Leftist group (IDN) asked Abarca;

“what do you mean, take care of this?  That sounds like a threat to me”
At the public meeting-(in the above image)- the mayor's wife she screams at Hernandez "listen Bastard!
You don't know who you are messing with, you will be fucked if you continue with this"-
 her husband also threatened Hernandez.

Attempts fail in calming down Maria Pineda Villa, she says to Hernandez "You will die' Hernandez is with microphone

The next day was May 30th and the protest.  It lasted for a couple of hours and everyone dispersed around 3 in the afternoon.  The last of the protestors to leave were a group of eight organizers and leaders, including Arturo Hernández Cardona, Ángel Román, Rafael Bandera and 5 others.

The men were traveling on a toll highway when they were intercepted by an armed group.  Of the eight men, 4 managed to flee, 3 were killed and their bodies found, and one has never been seen again.

One of the survivors gives details;

"On May 30th we were intercepted by two trucks, one gray Cherokee and a red Explorer; the Cherokee six people exited armed with guns, and in the Explorer were two men and a woman, but they just stayed inside the vehicle."

This testimony is from Nicholas Mendoza Villa, on July 25 last year.

He testified that the armed men got out of the truck and went to the vehicle of their and forced them out, right away Hernandez was shot in the right leg.

While blindfolded, they were moved to an unknown location, although blindfolded, Mendoza said he could tell it was a field.

He continued, saying  next the blindfolds were removed and  "we were looking at  ten men with rifles, and then the  beating began."

Around six p.m. two men dug a pit.

Late at night  three people arrived, of whom he said he knew the identities of two; the mayor Jose Luis Abarca and Velázquez, the Secretary of Public Security, and the third person he was not familiar with.  They all were drinking beers which they carried to where they were being held. The survivor stated that there was a woman in the vehicle who never exited the car, and he could not see her clearly enough to identify.

The survivor says the mayor ordered further torture, and at the end of our torture, mayor Jose Luis Abarca  approached engineer Arturo Hernández Cardona,  saying how much Hernandez fucked with him, so he will take pleasure in killing him.

He began beating Hernandez for about 10 minutes until Hernandez was in a heap, then the director of Public Safety lifted Hernandez up off the ground, and was dragged 10 feet to a pit, and “ mayor Jose Luis Abarca Velázquez  with a  shotgun, fired two shots, hitting him in the face and  once in the chest and left him lying in the open pit. "

It was at that point that Felix Rafael Bandera Román, attempted to escape, "but was executed on the spot.."  The mayor and the other two left at that time, leaving a couple of men to execute the others and leave the bodies  with a poster board with a narco message to be signed by “Los Rojos”.  Rojos have been in conflict with Guerreros Unidos, for control of Iguala.  Guerreros Unidos hoped to throw  blame off them and onto the Rojos, for the kidnapping and killing of the social activists.

The sicarios loaded the two bodies of Hernandez and Bandera and had the others sit on top of them in the back of a van.

It was very dark at this time, and the victims knew if they were going to escape it had to be then.  The sicarios  were distracted by discussing if they should dig a pit and leave it open or execute the remainder of the victims first, when the received a phone call.  The sicario that answered actually lied and said everything was completed.  At that moment the victims ran through the field, in the cover of darkness,  into the mountains.

Four managed to make it to freedom.  Three of those men moved far from the area.  Three bodies were found, 1 person unaccounted for. It had rained the night of the 30th, rendering the poster board message illegible, however it reads something like (photo at top):

"Come pick up your trash,
Atte. La Garra de Guerrero Leonor Nava
Los Rojos”

Rain was probably the reason the killers chose to dump the bodies rather than dig pits.

Another witness Miguel Vivanco testified that the mayor (Jose Luis Abarca Velázquez) and the chief of police visited the place where he and others were being held in captivity, and he heard the mayor ordering them to be tortured.

At the funeral for Hernandez, thousands turned out, lined the streets, miners created fences with their helmets, lining them at attention formation.  Honoring the man who lived as they, who only wanted their rights respected.

Priest notified the world in Washington DC-No one took action

Since the killings, and these events, activists, families, farmers and residents have been crying out to authorities to take action.  They have been ignored.  Activist Saltillo Bishop Raul Vera,  along with the International Centre for Social Justice (Cejil), went to Washington, and testified before the Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), on the case of the three activists killed.

On this matter, the bishop of Saltillo, who heads the mission, reported to the IACHR that there are authorities who “look function as enemies to those who demand their rights” . And he wondered: “Public servants?”  he asked.  "Rather,  public butchers have come into  power”.

When the Bishop returned to Guerrero he was hailed as a hero and cheered by the people.
To their credit, after receiving evidence and a formal complaint, Amnesty International called on the federal government to investigate the murders and the mayor.  The federal government refused to become involved.

And the people of Iguala and Taxco besought justice.  They fought for justice, they would not go away, they would not be quiet, and they would not stop fucking with the mayor, aka demanding their lawful rights.

Hernandez founded the PRD party in the state of Guerrero, however until yesterday they have shown no interest in becoming involved with the Iguala issues, killings and abuses.

It was not until perhaps 52 people were slaughtered, students, teachers, soccer players, was there action.  It has been perplexing to recognize how the world press has largely ignored this story of injustice, racism, impunity and denial of human rights.  I don’t understand it.  It has impacted this humanitarian to the core.

The mayor and his security have warrants out for their arrest for these murders, and are “suspected” in the missing and murdered student case.   They are on the lam.

How does one  town have so many narco fosas (graves)?

While researching this story, I was taken back by the number of mass graves found in Iguala.  Taking into account most "fosas" are not discovered, here is what I found for the past year of 2014, just glancing through old articles, in a quick perusal through regional papers.   Nationwide media ignores most of the news of fosa finds of Guerrero.

February      23 Bodies
March            4 Bodies
April               6 Bodies
                  May              19       (photo above)
August         32 Bodies

Please note the fosa count is not complete, locals report that in 2012-2014 residents of Iguala discovered 200 bodies openly dumped in the landfill area surrounding Iguala.

Hopefully, now that the butcher of Iguala, his security chief and all those responsible, will be brought to justice. I won’t give up hope, but I will not be holding my breath.
Guerrero's  mines controlled by organized crime

Valuable  mines propagate abuses

The mines in Guerrero are in the top 10 position in Mexico for: Gold, silver, copper, iron, lead and zinc.  Gro is referred to as the gold belt and the place for foreign entities to obtain "cheap gold".Or  GGB.

And therein lies the core of the issue.  Exploitation of the mines and of it's people.  The unemployment rate is 2%, but income is only apx 4100 USD per year., or 78 dollars per week. working long hours in  very unsafe conditions.  Canada is the leading country mining in Gro, 100% of all new exploration and development.

From these issues sprung grievances and concerns.  Monopolies, and organized crime, see the protest groups as the enemy, a threat to their piece of the financial pie.  indigenous communities and campesinos of the Montaña and Costa Chica regions of Guerrero are strongly opposed to the mining exploitation projects being conducted  by foreign companies, there is evidence that many exploratory projects are already taking place without a proper consultation of the local people.

Organized crime control  mines in 5 states including Guerrero.  As for  the state and federal governments, they don’t care what the people think, or their rights,  what they really care about is generating business with companies, regardless of whether these are indigenous lands, or whether the result is violence and conflict.

Understand, much of this mining land belongs to the indigenous people.  Michoacán has like problems.  Sinaloa, CT, LFM, GU all steal mining product.

La Tuta Orchestrated the Attack Against Hippolitos Moras People : Padre Goyo

Spike for Borderland Beat

La Tuta Orchestrated the attack on the people of Hipolito Mora : Father Goyo
Morelia, Michoacan.-in Michoacan, Government to Government "they were the power, they were the hands", said the priest Gregorio López better known as "Father Goyo", ensuring that who controls security there, remains Servando Gómez alias La Tuta.

Who controls the State ? said father Goyo, "it is someone more superior than the Government, it is la Tuta", he declared after the attack last December 18 against the people of Hipólito Mora, former leader of self-defense for Ruana and who confirmed that they were people of "El Americano".

"It is a very strong message, all of this was orchestrated by him La Tuta , this confrontation between these same paramilitaries was a Machiavellian plan determined by the Tuta", he said in an interview with CB Webclergyman.

The attack where eleven people were killed, including the son of Hipólito Mora, "you have the background of a settling of scores," said father Goyo, Castillo ensured that "a number of criminals were uniformed" during insertion of the AUC in the rural forces in Michoacan State after he was made Commissioner of security in the region.

"La Tuta sent more than 400 bodyguards and Castillo turned them into rural forces [fuerza rurales...] the ten largest Templar criminals today are the captains of the fuerza rurales (FR), it is very delicate,"he insisted during the interview.

For the priest, in regards to the events of the gun battle at La Ruana, the persons under the command of "El Americano" provoked Hipólito Mora, being "sworn enemies".

In regards "El Americano's" provocation, Lopez, said "gendarmerie tried to stop them, people under the command of the gendarmerie shot first", "gendarmerie repels the attack and then those of Hipolito which are opposite do the same, and a pitched battle is made".

However, he said that those closest to the gang known as  H3 (trecera hermandad), had paid a group of women with sticks in La Ruana  to drive out Hippolito and the gendarmerie, which he considered to be, "a distinctly unfair ruse that the Government allowed  that is not helping". "The gendarmerie fell back when they saw so many armed people".

In the specific case of La Tuta, the clergyman said that there are populations where Tuta is well received such as Tumiscatillo and Arteaga, "there he is the godfather of the people"; the arrest of the leader of the cartel  the Knights Templar says the Bishop, is a game of "cat and mouse", his whereabouts are known in various addresses of Michoacán.

Regarding the general situation of Michoacán, he insisted that the 45 million pesos, which would be allocated to the region has not reached it, which has created a situation of hunger, ruined shops and shortage of money, "they believe there are still walls to be built , we will no longer be the mortar, he said.

La Paz: SEIDO targets hitmen in Baja California Sur

Posted: 23 Dec 2014 12:24 PM PST

Translated by Spike for Borderland Beat

December 16, 2014 at 12:00:01 After being in captivity for more than 17 days, Víctor Barraza Martínez "28", "El Vidal", and five of his accomplices have given their first statements, in the Centre of the Attorney General of the Republic (PGR).

The Seido unit specializes  in the investigation of crimes against health and operates similar as a specialized attorney/prosecutor in investigation of organized crime (SEIDO).  They are targeting  assassins  to locate, stop, and capture those allegedly involved, from July 31, 2014, for kidnappings, executions, and torture.

In an apparent war between the Sinaloa Cartel kingpins: Dámaso López Núñez "El Licenciado" and Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada, for control of the plaza in La Paz.
Preliminary investigation by PGR/SEIDO/UEIDCS/605/2014, since November 26, when one of the two heads of the "Damaso enforcers" was captured, moved, and was incarcerated in Mexico City.

In his statement, as the head of sicarios, he admitted to being one of those responsible for the wave of violence in La Paz.

On his cell phone were numbers of La Paz, Los Cabos, Comondu, Culiacán and El Dorado, Sinaloa; including photographs of most of the members of his criminal cell.  The photos depicted members wearing camouflage and black uniforms, posing with high powered weapons, and beautiful women (buchonas).  He said the women were used,  to seduce his rivals when located, then kidnapping  and killing them.

warning grapic images next page

The criminal boss corroborated members of his criminal organization and also rivals, providing key information that lead to their whereabouts, leading to an operation in the States of Baja California Sur, Baja California, Sinaloa and Sonora.

During the federal investigation, "28" did not resist interrogation and, without being pressed, spoke of the modus operandi of criminal groups. He gave details, dates, places, names and addresses, and spoke of the network of links between criminals and State Police, ministerial and municipal officers involved in the wave of violence in La Paz.
The gunman was more explicit and exposed his relationship with the Commissioner of the State preventive police, Francisco Javier Camacho Manríquez, and some officials of the Cabinet of the Governor Marcos Alberto Covarrubias Villaseñor, as the former coordinator of tours, Irineo Martínez Ordaz, and the former director of transport, Gabino Ceseña Espinoza, among others, and of the Ministry of finance, whom allegedly had supplied "official identification", fronting  as public servants.  The bogus identifications were given to criminals like Esteban Espinoza Velázquez "El Pantera", José Enrique Urquiza Portillo "Ferrari", and Alberto Montero Lizarraga .

After investigations  were initiated, SEIDO said the house on the street Gilberto Mendoza of the colonia Civilizadores de Paz, was the apprehension location of  "28" and his accomplices.  At the entrance of the house, there was a shrine to the Santa Muerte, with candles and  9 mm and.223 or 7.62 x 39 bullets.

Federal investigators confirmed that the safe house was used for torturing and murdering people, when Luminol was placed on the floor of the House, the walls of the dining room lit up, the sign of blood protein.  It was in the dining room, where - according to research - their victims were tortured, which fits with pictures and videos found in the cell phone  of the  assassins leader.

During this investigation, a waitress was rescued the day of the capture of "28", Karla Guadalupe Lugo Beltran "Kenia", was arrested and moved to the center of  SEIDO, she gave her statement about the facts.

Within the records of the assassins at SEIDO, are some testimonies of victims like Jesus Ernesto pulled Palomares "Chuy", one of two survivors who were able to escape from the hands of the assassins, as they were about to be killed, to his good fortune, the trunk of the car where he was being kept, opened unexpectedly and he was able to jump out and escape seeking assistance from the Municipal police of La Paz.
After he was kidnapped along with three other men by a Sicario cell, in the Nautilus Street in the colonia La Esperanza II.  The victimdescribe his ordeal saying after being taken to a small home, purple in color,  they were tied hands and feet with duct tape,  and that their captors began to take and send pictures with a cell phone, ordering  that they smile.
On record, "El Chuy" reported that "the Sicarios removed his blindfold and he saw about ten people, and  noticed a woman of about 24 years of age, stature, thin build,  long hair, straight and black, with a Sinaloan accent".

The victim recalled some of his captors describing  them as:
1.- A young person of male sex, height approximately 1.90 meters, thin build, skin tone and eyes clear, clean shaven, long hair, who was called "El Grande".
2.- A man of approximately 23 years old, of 1.60 meters, sturdily built with clear complexion, brown hair,  clean shaven,  thick voice; he seemed to be boss and they called him "El Mayoral".
3.- A person of male sex, about 1.70 meters of height, sturdily built with brown complexion, deep eyes with dark circles, hairless,  about 26 years, nicknamed "El Guacho".
4.- A man of little hair, 1.70 metres tall, sturdily built with clear complexion, very short but groomed beard, approximately 27 years and Sinaloan accent.
5.- An individual of the male sex, aquiline nose, with a scar on it, about 32 years,  full beard , with a scar on the jaw; 1.70 meters tall, sturdily built, swarthy complexion and short hair, like pelón.
6.- A man of approximately 28 years old, 1.70 meters tall, sturdily built, swarthy complexion, black hair, no beard or mustache; a tattoo on the back and chest, which said "Pugar". They dressed "cholo".

After whipping them against the wall, he and his other three companions,  Luis Fernando Leyva Guzmán, Eduardo Salvador Aguilar Sosa and José Francisco Lizárraga Félix name "Chapo",  were separated and interrogated separately.
The perpetrators wanted to obtain information about their rivals.    'El Mayoral"  began to beat us with the butt of a rifle, and shouted 'you know, tell us the truth!'". Also, the survivor said he had observed how they tortured and killed Luis Fernando Leyva Guzmán, hearing so many cries and screams , "I tried to suffocate myself, pushing my fingers in his mouth, since he felt that they would kill him, he tried for more than one hour without having achieved it".

In his testimony, Jesus Ernesto  "Chuy", said that after the torture, they heard only laughter and music of narco corridos, it was then that he was approached  by the person's with the nickname "El Grande", who inquired , how would you like me to start torturing you?

Would you like us to start with your testicles and put them in your mouth? " "I replied "no", to  the gunman, he left to torture José Francisco Lizárraga Félix "The Chapo", whose head was shoved into a toilet, then stripped naked then thrown into a shower, where he was beaten savagely.
According to the victim, that day was hell for himself and his companions, being  late and overcome by sleep, he woke  up when "El Grande"  began to say that they would not see the light of day, he then grabbed an accordion, which he knew how to play well, and asked verbatim: " what song do you want?".

I answered; "the one  you want", then "he started playing, and I watched another Sicario  singing and making a mockery of us, the person with tattoo 'Pugar' said that day he would kill us,  we were then taken out of the house and placed in a trunk of a car.

However, when they were going to kill us,  the truck hit a stop and the trunk opened giving the men an opportunity to escape,  of which they took full advantage of. They fled stopping at an  Express Miramar store, when the Municipal Police were called.
Víctor Barraza Martínez "28",  on the morning of Dec. 7 kidnapped, tortured and murdered the narcomenudista Jesús Daniel Quiroga Pichardo, whose body was abandoned outside the private home of Deputy Director of the State Ministerial police, Félix Geraldo Castro, in the Mediterranean Sea Street between Pacific Ocean and mangrove, Colonia La Esperanza II, a few blocks from the House of the Governor of the State of Baja California Sur, Marcos Alberto Covarrubias Villaseñor.
The body was inside a vinyl bag and had the following message: "Jesús Félix Castro Geraldo stop grabbing the money, because we know who brought  to you Commander Edgar Rene Castro Meza alias “El Tomatillo”, the two criminal accomplices of  Rene, you're an asshole traitor, but thanks for putting us  on to “ Al Helio “ and  “Al Pikas”.even though you're a traitor, we played you chueco with the fucking  double flag.  you were taking money from both sides and the government , you fucking traitor" Att C.D.S

The bag of the victim had  around thirty sweets, and according to experts from the Attorney General of Justice of the State, the body had a mutilated face and had no neck, even some body parts were missing.

Immediately, the PGJE opened an investigation and at the close of this Edition, already had evidence on the alleged perpetrators. The investigators of the case believe that the killing of Jesús Daniel Quiroga Pichardo is linked to the detention of " El 28", since the victim was one of the assassins that was in his service.

This  would have been recommended by Giovanni Alejandro Agúndez González alias "El Pelón". According to the researchers, the murder would have been  planned after it was discovered that the narcomenudista annnounced " El 28’s" safe house location, especially because a couple of days after  their capture, there began to be distributed  a series of flyers among members of the Sinaloa Cartel, one of which got into the hands of the State and federal authorities  it said:

"They are dicks, already  they grabbed  tickets for Facebook, this weekend, you are worth dick you fucking traitors selling pussy, the shot is  ready ok you fucking dicks , they know who fucking  betrayed  El Grande, together with your  State and Ministeriales, we will be fucking up any traitor that is still alive."

We put two and two together until we break your mother, we dont have bitch bosses you fucking traitors , to chapitô you put your Michoacan violin".

The narcomensaje relieves a nascent struggle between Cruz Alonso Lozoya Uriarte "El Grande" criminal cell and Víctor Barraza Martínez " El 28", of the Special forces of Dámaso, until the capture of the latter.

According to the analysis of the message by a specialist in organized crime, "El 28’s" people have the certainty that "El Grande" was behind the capture of Víctor Barraza Martínez to save his own skin, even having time to sneak in and out of Baja California Sur, after the arrival of  SEIDO, which could open a new front in battle between armed groups in the Sinaloa Cartel.

The Geopolitics of U.S.-Cuba Relations

The Geopolitics of U.S.-Cuba Relations

By George Friedman

Last week, U.S. President Barack Obama and Cuban President Raul Castro agreed to an exchange of prisoners being held on espionage charges. In addition, Washington and Havana agreed to hold discussions with the goal of establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries. No agreement was reached on ending the U.S. embargo on Cuba, a step that requires congressional approval.

It was a modest agreement, striking only because there was any agreement at all. U.S.-Cuba relations had been frozen for decades, with neither side prepared to make significant concessions or even first moves. The cause was partly the domestic politics of each country that made it easier to leave the relationship frozen. On the American side, a coalition of Cuban-Americans, conservatives and human rights advocates decrying Cuba's record of human rights violations blocked the effort. On the Cuban side, enmity with the United States plays a pivotal role in legitimizing the communist regime. Not only was the government born out of opposition to American imperialism, but Havana also uses the ongoing U.S. embargo to explain Cuban economic failures. There was no external pressure compelling either side to accommodate the other, and there were substantial internal reasons to let the situation stay as it is.

The Cubans are now under some pressure to shift their policies. They have managed to survive the fall of the Soviet Union with some difficulty. They now face a more immediate problem: uncertainty in Venezuela. Caracas supplies oil to Cuba at deeply discounted prices. It is hard to tell just how close Cuba's economy is to the edge, but there is no question that Venezuelan oil makes a significant difference. Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro's government is facing mounting unrest over economic failures. If the Venezuelan government falls, Cuba would lose one of its structural supports. Venezuela's fate is far from certain, but Cuba must face the possibility of a worst-case scenario and shape openings. Opening to the United States makes sense in terms of regime preservation.

The U.S. reason for the shift is less clear.

The Detroit News’ Attempt to Whitewash Islam ~ Undone!

Detriot NewsIn order to defeat Islam in America we need to be willing to put in the time to counter the Muslim lead misinformation machine. A machine that unfortunately has uninformed non-Muslims who are greasing its wheels. Today we see an example of this in the Detroit News.

Isis is not the same as Islam  http ://www.detroitnews.com/story/opinion/2014/12/22/isis-islam/20660731/

Extremists for centuries have claimed religious reasons for their barbaric actions, creating a backlash against others who are truly following their beliefs. Today we are seeing that play out in Michigan, as members of our local Muslim community are facing hatred, harassment and vandalism in retribution for acts happening half a globe away – acts that they are quick to condemn themselves.

I condemn any violence and vandalism, but right off the bat we can see the ignorance of the four authors. Because Islam itself is barbaric.

Koran 5:33 (Altafsir)

{ إِنَّمَا جَزَآءُ ٱلَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي ٱلأَرْضِ فَسَاداً أَن يُقَتَّلُوۤاْ أَوْ يُصَلَّبُوۤاْ أَوْ تُقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُم مِّنْ خِلافٍ أَوْ يُنفَوْاْ مِنَ ٱلأَرْضِ ذٰلِكَ لَهُمْ خِزْيٌ فِي ٱلدُّنْيَا وَلَهُمْ فِي ٱلآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ }

The following was revealed when the ‘Arniyyūn came to Medina suffering from some illness, and the Prophet (s) gave them permission to go and drink from the camels’ urine and milk. Once they felt well they slew the Prophet’s shepherd and stole the herd of camels: Truly the only requital of those who fight against God and His Messenger, by fighting against Muslims, and hasten about the earth to do corruption there, by waylaying, is that they shall be slaughtered, or crucified, or have their hands and feet cut off on opposite sides, that is, their right hands and left feet, or be banished from the land (the aw, ‘or’, is [used] to indicate the [separate] application of [each of] the cases [listed]; thus, death is for those that have only killed; crucifixion is for those that have killed and stolen property; the cutting off [of limbs on opposite sides] is for those that have stolen property but have not killed; while banishment is for those that pose a threat — this was stated by Ibn ‘Abbās and is the opinion of al-Shāfi‘ī; the more sound of his [al-Shāfi‘ī’s] two opinions is that crucifixion should be for three days after [the] death [of the killer], or, it is also said, shortly before [he is killed]; with banishment are included similar punishments, such as imprisonment and the like). That, mentioned requital, is a degradation, a humiliation, for them in this world; and in the Hereafter theirs will be a great chastisement, namely, the chastisement of the Fire.

Judging someone on the basis of their religious beliefs is just as unacceptable as judging them on the color of their skin, or their gender. Unfortunately, due largely to ignorance, we are seeing stereotyping playing out here in Michigan in the wake of the deplorable series of beheadings, terrorist attacks on schools, hostage taking and other uncivilized behavior in the Middle East, Pakistan and Australia.

Apparently not even one of the four authors has bothered to read a Koran. Because Islam judges on religious beliefs.

Koran 1:7

{ صِرَاطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِم وَلاَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ }

the path of those whom You have favoured, with guidance (from alladhīna together with its relative clause is substituted by [ghayri l-maghdūbi ‘alayhim]) not [the path] of those against whom there is wrath, namely, the Jews, and nor of those who are astray, namely, the Christians. The subtle meaning implied by this substitution is that the guided ones are neither the Jews nor the Christians. But God knows best what is right, and to Him is the Return and the [final] Resort. May God bless our master Muhammad (s), his Family and Companions and grant them everlasting peace. Sufficient is God for us; an excellent Guardian is He. There is no power and no strength save in God, the High, the Tremendous.

Detroit News

Our friends and neighbors of the Islamic faith are not responsible for the violence done in the name of religion around the world. We join in denouncing those who racialize and minimize Islam, blaming it for geopolitical tensions and using it as an excuse for more violence rather than developing a better understanding of Muslims and the Islamic religion.

They might be your neighbors but that does not mean they are your friends and have good intentions.

Koran 5:51

{ يَـٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ ٱلْيَهُودَ وَٱلنَّصَارَىٰ أَوْلِيَآءَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَآءُ بَعْضٍ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُمْ مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لاَ يَهْدِي ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّالِمِينَ }

O you who believe, do not take Jews and Christians as patrons, affiliating with them or showing them affection; they are patrons of each other, being united in disbelief. Whoever amongst you affiliates with them, he is one of them, counted with them. God does not guide the folk who do wrong, by affiliating with disbelievers.

Muslims believe the Koran is the word of their God, and not just parts of it. All of it. That is why no Muslim will condemn any Koranic verse. They have also been instructed by their hero Mohammad to lie.

It would help if the authors of Islam actually put in a real effort to understand Islam. But instead they have chosen to take the easy way out.

Detroit News

As we always have, we stand united with our Muslim sisters and brothers, especially during this time when their religion has been hijacked by extremists. Indeed, Muslim religious leaders from across the region spoke out against ISIS on Aug. 15, with Imam Mohammad Elahi, of the Islamic House of Wisdom, calling ISIS “a bunch of gangsters” that does not represent Islam.

Of course they do not offer any proof whatsoever showing how Islam has been “hijacked”. But I can easily prove it hasn’t been. As Mohammad himself was a terrorist.

Sahih Muslim Hadith Book 019, Number 4366

It has been narrated by ‘Umar b. al-Khattib that he heard the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) say: I will expel the Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula and will not leave any but Muslim.

A few months ago Muslim leaders did make a statement. One that the quartet above obviously did no homework on. Because it was refuted here.

Detroit News

To expand our community of peace, we encourage you to learn more about the culture and faith of our Muslim neighbors. It is important always, but especially at this time of global fear and tension, to expand the circle of civic friendship. We suggest the following:

Arrange a presentation on Islam by the Council of American Islamic Relations.

Join the Take on Hate Campaign.

To save America from the barbarity of Islamic ruleNorth American Infidelsencourages you to learn more about the culture and faith of our Muslim neighbors. You can start by reading how we refuted the Council of American Islamic Relations “About Islam” page. Ignorance kills.
