Behind the scenes, NBC technicians and cameramen at the Wednesday night, Commander-in-Chief Forum (Sept 7) report that Hillary Clinton was so angry and incensed that she had been ‘blind-sided’ by one question she was not prepared for and had not approved in advance.
“When her time in front of the cameras ended, Clinton shook the hand Lauer extended to her and smiled once more for the wide camera shot and then Hillary proceeded to pick up a full glass of water and threw it at the face of her assistant and the screaming started. She was in a full meltdown and no one on her staff dared speak with her – she went kind of manic and didn't have any control over herself at that point. How these people work with this woman is amazing to me. Most of the small military audience were cordoned off, their seating not close to Mrs. Clinton, but certainly they heard her screaming because it was loud...and she really didn't seem to care who heard any of it.”
Republican Donald Trump also appeared, in a separate telecast from Hillary Clinton’s and arrived with his two sons but no entourage or assistants in tow. The NBC cameramen involved in his segment said he was a ‘true gentleman’ and Trump and his sons spoke to everyone and thanked them for inviting him to speak: “It was a pleasure to answer your questions Matt.”
Hillary Clinton’s segment was much different. According to people working on the sidelines, “When Matt posed the one legitimate question about the FBI investigation concerning her homemade server and the unsecured emails, we could see she was beginning to boil and her eyes looked to pop.”
“It was toward the end of her interview so she was becoming unglued by the time Lauer finished with questioning. Hillary went ballistic, throwing a huge tantrum and screaming at her staff, “you f - - - ing idiots, you were supposed to have this thing set up for me and you’ve screwed it up! If that f - - - ing bastard wins we all hang from nooses! Lauer’s finished...and if I lose it’s all on you ass - - - - s for screwing this up.”
Clinton finally stormed off the military ‘set’ and the assistant producer said she was screaming that she wanted to talk to “the idiot who set this mess up...you do not blindside me - ever!” and continued to demand to speak with executives at Comcast, parent company to NBC Universal.
Her dozen or more aides were visibly disturbed and tried to calm her down when she started shaking uncontrollably. That did not stop her from demanding an executive “on the phone, now!” She was told the executive-in-charge of the forum was ready to talk with her and she was led away by two rather large aides who appeared to help her walk.
The TV executives got the message with all of the censuring headlines that followed over the next couple of days when it seemed the entire media turned on Matt Lauer for behaving in a “partisan” manner and “being grossly unfair and critical of the former secretary of state.”
Matt Lauer was heavily criticized on air by the Clinton campaign the rest of the week with most of the mainstream media joining in. The media appeared to frame Matt’s one serious question as the Clinton campaign was doing...”an unfair and partisan attack on Mrs. Clinton.”
Matt Lauer is still facing major backlash following his 23 minutes with Hillary Clinton. Privately, many reporters said Matt handed the Democrat nominee the expected softball questions, but made the decision to ask about the emails because, “the American people deserve an answer from the former secretary of state.”
Calls were made to New York Times, Washington Post and Huffington Post and Twitter executives with orders to “Crush Matt Lauer”. As you can easily see with all the headlines from these MSM sources, they did as they were told by the Clinton campaign.
Hillary also screamed that she would be “treated with respect at the debates or heads will roll.” Staffers at the Clinton campaign report that they fear her wrath and uncontrollable outbursts, and one described Hillary as “an egotistical psychopath”.
Since Hillary does not allow any staff to have cell phones when she is in their presence, no footage is available, but Hillary will never let this rest. She has made it clear that she wants Matt Lauer to be “persona non grata - for putting her on the spot.”
Interim DNC chairman Donna Brazile, the first black woman to hold the position, was singled out by Hillary during the rant. She screamed at Donna, “I’m so sick of your face. You stare at the wall like a brain dead buffalo, while letting that f - - - ing Lauer get away with this. What are you good for, really? Get the f - - - to work janitoring this mess - do I make myself clear?”
A female NBC executive said that Donna Brazile looked at Mrs. Clinton and never flinched, which seemed to enrage Hillary all the more. The executive continued, “It was the most awful and terrible...and racist display – such a profane meltdown I have ever witnessed from anyone, and I will never forget it. That woman should never see the inside of the oval office I can tell you that. She was unhinged and just continued to verbally abuse everyone – she was out of control.

The 2017 FNPS Conference will explore Connections on many levels:
Connections at the Edge: We will show how to improve and manage the interface between developed landscapes (urban, suburban, and agricultural) and wild ecosystems.
Connections of Plants, Wildlife and People: We will learn why life, from single-celled organisms to human beings, is dependent on connections to nature. And, in turn nature is dependent on us to protect natural areas for the benefit all living organisms in our state.
Connections in the Field: Our venue is in the center of the historic Everglades Watershed. Conference Fieldtrips will demonstrate what is being done to support landscape-level ecological function and connectivity and what more needs to be done. There are many examples of natural landscapes and corridors. Participants will experience examples of intact habitats that filter our water, support biodiversity and thriving populations of native species, provide food and cover for wildlife, and give us reason to pause and appreciate the beauty of Florida and the need to sustain these lasting connections in our state.
Connections: What an all-encompassing term! It implies links, associations, bonds, assemblies, and networks. But it also refers to the way things relate and interact. So, when destiny took us to Westgate River Ranch Resort, a venue in heart of the state and the historic Everglades Watershed, choosing “Connections” for the theme of the 2017 Florida Native Plant Society seemed natural.
Historically, the Headwaters of the Everglades watershed flowed like a sheet of water that moved through grasslands and prairies to the Everglades. This flood plain filtered the water of its impurities, like the heart oxygenates blood, before delivering it to the other parts of the land body. But the natural path of water has been greatly altered resulting in water that is nutrient-contaminated and being rechanneled to our east and west coasts, causing a host of environmental problems that have a negative impact on plant communities, wildlife, our health and economy.

The preservation, conservation, and restoration of natural lands and plant communities in these areas protects the health and stability of our regional ecosystems and of our rivers and beaches.

There are fresh revelations this morning after WikiLeaks released a new batch of Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta's hacked emails.
An email from 2015 shows Hillary Clinton's top aide and lawyer Cheryl Mills writing to Podesta, "we need to clean this up," an apparent reference to communications between President Obama and Hillary Clinton in which she had used her private email server.
"He has emails from her - they do not say state.gov," Mills continued.

The biggest irony of the 2016 Presidential election is we are seeing a leading political party possibly being hoisted on its own petard. Sex may no longer matter to America.
Travel back in memory just 18 years ago. Bill Clinton was in trouble because of his sexcapades while Commander-in-Chief. On Sunday, September 13, 1998, the New York Daily News published an informal poll conducted on the streets of New York. The message came in loud and clear, "New Yorkers did not like the scandal the President got himself into but 'an overwhelming majority (76%) were ready to forgive and forget." In short, Clinton was seen as human and therefore, as it was just sex, he should be allowed to finish his term.
So if extra-marital sex was not a disqualifying position in 1998, why does the Hillary Clinton Campaign news outlets seem to think sex is going to change anything in this election cycle? Yet they seem dumbfounded the daily news reports over sex allegations are not having the desired impact in 2016.
What was of real import was the New Yorkers, mostly Democrat voters, thought the prosecutor, Ken Starr, was 'far too explicit' in his descriptions of the sexual acts conducted by the President. The cigar put them over the top.
So the conclusion by the Times IN 1998 was, "Many supported Clinton's claim that his relationship with (Monica) Lewinsky is his business and that his sex life and whether he lied about it has NOTHING TO DO WITH HIS ABILITY TO PERFORM HIS JOB." One interviewee even went so far as to support the President no matter what he did because the economy did very good and "if he steps down I do not know what will happen to the economy."
Now it is 2016, the shoe seems to be on the other foot and the mass media and Democrats seemed obsessed over whether or not Donald Trump is 'pulling a Clinton' and what that means to his fitness to be Commander-in-Chief. Are they serious? As a crutch.
The reason is this is the only end game left to them. Over the weekend several commentators urged their followers to forget the polls, "Trump will win." Why could they assert this--because the regular political pollsters cannot see beyond their own safety nets.
In my county, a union-leading Democrat hotbed, early voting began on Oct. 13. By the end of the day on Friday, 4100 early ballots had been cast--a rather large number. But 2700 of those early ballots came from first-time voters or voters who had failed to vote often enough to have their names retained on the rolls. A very interesting fact was over 1900 of the registering voters, just under 72%, took an independent position rather than aligning with one of the two major parties.
Is this visible backlash against 'the establishment system?'
I believe it is. Back in February I claimed voter anger at the establishment was a factor the pollsters had not accounted for. I clung to that position before each and every primary vote. I've held fast to it over the past weeks as the debates rolled by.
Every person I know is holding his or her nose over the choice at the top of the ballot. But what I am getting from these people is the disgust with the "Establishment" (which means the leadership of both political parties in Washington) is paramount. The average Josephine and Joe on Main Street loathes both parties equally. Therefore the announced defections by Washington-insider Republicans from their party's candidate is not hurting him nearly as much as it would have 20 years ago. In a perverse way it may be helping him with the unnoticed anti-Establishment voter as both Democrats and insider-Republicans are against him.
The Daily News' story about Bill Clinton those 18 years ago had all the supporting data possible of why removal impeachment was the only possible course for America to remain on the high ground. The Democrats fought like mad to keep their man and settled on a rebuke impeachment instead of removal. They salved their conscience with the idea a rebuke would suffice. Thousands of Americans turned their back on this political decision in disgust. That number has been growing ever since.
This action provides the point the anti-Establishment voter has fixated his anger upon. The pollsters claim they are "putting all Americans in their surveys." How? If these people are not on the rolls, on what basis are they contacting them. Most carry cell phones so using land-line phonebooks (as was the past practice) also doesn't get you in contact with them.
If Hillary's campaign staff was really as concerned as she claims over Trump's sex allegations--then why is she still with Bill? If it such a disqualifying trait, why is she still with Bill? How can Billy stump for his wife morally when she demoralized his accusers 18 years ago?
The campaign, thankfully, is on its last legs. Since all the independent candidates seem to be running a distant third at best, America's choice seems to be Hil-Liar or the Trumpster at the top of the ticket.
Not much of a choice, but then again the stage was set 18 years ago when the moral high ground was abandoned to maintain the status quo. For decades voters have comprised a shrinking factor in America. Those who willingly dropped rather than opt for a immoral Left versus a high-brow Right may be resurfacing.
The pollsters do not want what the New Voters want because the pollsters want to maintain Establishment politics. Whoever takes the Oval Office won't be able to govern as they would like however, the aroma of molding cigar still pervades the place and some Americans can't forget.
