It was reassuring to learn today that our president, during this time of crisis in the Middle East, although he did not have time to meet one-on-one today with ANY foreign leaders (including Israel's Netanyahu) who are attending the U.N. Summit in NYC, he did take time in the Big Apple to go on TV with Whoopie Goldberg and her crew at the Vue. This was in character with his leaving Washington shortly after hearing that a U.S. Ambassador had just been murdered in Libya, so he could fly to Las Vegas for a quick appearance to pick up a campaign check. Positively inspiring leadership....and besides, he has a great grin.
