General Motors has won approval from Chinese authorities to build an 8 billion yuan ($1.3 billion) Cadillac plant in the commercial hub of Shanghai. The plant will have an annual capacity of 150,000 vehicles, the company said on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Detroit continues to decay and slide down the drain and thousands of former GM workers in the U.S. are still unemployed. (How's that bailout working for ya, American taxpayers?)
