  While in a Blockbuster renting videos I came across a video called
  "Obama". There were two men standing next to me and we talked about
  President Obama. These guys were Arabs, so I asked them why they
  thought Michelle Obama headed home following the President's recent
  visit to France instead of traveling on to Saudi Arabia and Turkey
  with her husband. They told me she could not go to Saudi Arabia ,
  Turkey or Iraq .
 I said "Why not,(?) Laura Bush went to Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Dubai
 ." They said that Obama is a Muslim and therefore he is not allowed
to
 bring his wife intocountries that adhere to Sharia Law.
  Two points of interest here:
 1) I thought it interesting that two American Arabs at Blockbuster
  believe that our President is a Muslim, who follows a strict Islamic
  creed.
  2) They also said that's the reason he bowed to the King of Saudi
  Arabia . It was a signal to the Muslim world, acknowledging his
  religion.
  For further consideration, here is a response from Dr. Jim Murk, a
  Middle Eastern Scholar and expert on Islam.

  This is his explanation of what the Arab American's were saying.
  "An orthodox Muslim man would never take his wife on a politically
  oriented trip to any nation which practices Sharia law, particularly
  Saudi Arabia where theWahhabi sect is dominant. This is true and it
  is why Obama left Michelle in Europe . She will stay home when he

  to the Saudi King. Obama is regarded as a Muslim in the Arab world,

  faith with George Stephanopoulus. Note that he downplays his  involvement with Christianity (after touting it in the election
  campaign , by not publicly joining a Christian church in DC. And
  occasionally attending the chapel for services at Camp David .
 He also played down the fact that America is a Christian country and
  said, unbelievably, that it was one of the largest Muslim nations in
  the world, which is nonsense. He has publicly taken the side of the
  Palestinians in the conflict with Israel and he ignored the National
  Day of Prayer, something no other President has ever done. He

  his true faith to the detriment of the American people."

  Another interesting item regarding Sharia Law. Why has Barack Hussein
  Obama insisted that the U.S. Attorney General hold the trials of the
  911 Muslim Terrorists in Civilian Courts as Common Criminals instead
  of as Terrorists who attacked the United States of America ? If the
 Muslim Terrorists are tried in Military Tribunals, convicted and
  sentenced to death, by LAW, Barack Hussein Obama, as President of the
  United States , would be required to sign their death warrants. He
  would not be required to sign the death warrants if they are
sentenced
  to death by a Civilian Court . Muslim Jihadist, Army Major Hassan
  slaughtered non-Muslim soldiers at Ft. Hood, Texas rather than go to
  Afghanistan and be a part of anything that could lead to the deaths
of fellow Muslims.' Is the motive for Barack Hussein Obama's insistence
 on civilian trials, to make sure he doesn't have to sign the death
  warrants for the Muslim Terrorists? Why would he, as President of the
  United States , not sign the death warrants for Muslim Terrorists who attacked the United States and murdered over 3,000 U. S. Citizens on
  9/11? Could it be that he is FORBIDDEN by his RELIGION to authorize
 the execution of Muslims?

  is, how he behaves and what he is doing!

This is funny & obviously written by a Former Soldier... New Direction for any war: Send Service Vets over 60! 


I am over 60 and the Armed Forces thinks I'm too old to track down terrorists. You can't be older than 42 to join the military. They've got the whole thing ass-backwards. 

Instead of sending 18-year olds off to fight, they ought to take us old guys. You shouldn't be able to join a military unit until you're at least 35. 


For starters, researchers say 18-year-olds think about sex every 10 seconds. Old guys only think about sex a couple of times a day, leaving us more than 28,000 additional seconds per day to concentrate on the enemy.


Young guys haven't lived long enough to be cranky, and a cranky soldier is a dangerous soldier. 'My back hurts! I can't sleep, I'm tired and hungry.' We are impatient and maybe letting us kill some asshole that desperately deserves it will make us feel better and shut us up for awhile.. 


An 18-year-old doesn't even like to get up before 10am. Old guys always get up early to pee, so what the hell. Besides, like I said, I'm tired and can't sleep and since I'm already up, I may as well be up killing some fanatical son-of-a-bitch. 


If captured we couldn't spill the beans because we'd forget where we put them. In fact, name, rank, and serial number would be a real brainteaser.


Boot camp would be easier for old guys.. We're used to getting screamed and yelled at and we're used to soft food. We've also developed an appreciation for guns. We've been using them for years as an excuse to get out of the house, away from the screaming and yelling.


They could lighten up on the obstacle course however... I've been in combat and never saw a single 20-foot wall with rope hanging over the side, nor did I ever do any pushups after completing basic training. 


Actually, the running part is kind of a waste of energy, too... I've never seen anyone outrun a bullet. 


An 18-year-old has the whole world ahead of him. He's still learning to shave, to start a conversation with a pretty girl. He still hasn't figured out that a baseball cap has a brim to shade his eyes, not the back of his head. 


These are all great reasons to keep our kids at home to learn a little more about life before sending them off into harm's way. 


Let us old guys track down those dirty rotten coward terrorists. The last thing an enemy would want to see is a couple million pissed off
old farts with attitudes and automatic weapons, who know that their best years are already behind them.


HEY!! How about recruiting Women over 50...in menopause!!! You think MEN have attitudes??

Is Obama Having His Jimmy Carter Moment?

News about the terrorist acts in Egypt and Libya are hard to keep up with. We’re learning more of the horror every hour. It seems that all that this administration and his supporters in the media can do is apologize for the United States and blame America for the assaults. We’ve seen this before.
Jimmy Carter’s presidency was defined by the word “malaise.” It was a succinct summary of all that went wrong. But if there was one event that expressed the utter failure of Carter’s four years in office; it was the capture of the United States Embassy in Iran and the taking of hostages for 444 days. A failed ill-conceived rescue mission didn’t help.

“Some political analysts believe the crisis was a major reason for U.S. President Jimmy Carter’s defeat in the November 1980 presidential election.”

To add insult to injury, as President Ronald Reagan was being sworn in, the hostages were leaving Iran by plane. The Iranians were afraid of what Ronald Reagan might do.

Reagan’s handling of PATCO, the air traffic controllers union, may have contributed to the fall of the former Soviet Union. The striking controllers thought there was no way that Reagan would fire the union workers. In 1981, Reagan “gave them a deadline, and he stuck to it. He replaced every worker who failed to be on the job on the deadline day. He broke the union. The voters were happy to see it go.”

This decisiveness on the part of Reagan shook up the Kremlin, and the rest is history. Reagan came across as a no nonsense political leader who was willing to risk the ire of public service unions across the country. The Communist leadership knew how powerful unions were in 1980, and Reagan still took them on. The Communists respected boldness and feared decisive leadership.
Now we come to the 11^th anniversary of the attacks by radical Muslims on our country. Reuters reports that “The U.S. ambassador to Libya and three embassy staff were killed in an attack on the Benghazi consulate and a safe house refuge.” Incidents like this are only blood in the water for Muslim extremists.
All that Hillary Clinton could say was the attack was done by a “small and savage group” not the government or people of Libya. Until the people and the government step in to stop the radicals, they’re all culpable. When will the so-called moderates speak up and march in the streets against the crazies?
The attack of an embassy is an attack on the nation that the embassy represents. It’s as if a part of American soil had been transported to a foreign nation. To attack an embassy is to attack America. It’s an act of war. In fact, a reporter asked the President if the incidents were acts of war. All the reporter got was silence and the president’s back as he walked back into the White House with Secretary of State Clinton.
This incident and others like it have happened after President Obama traveled to Egypt in 2008 and gave what was touted as a speech for the ages. Finally, things would be different between the Muslim world and the United States. Not a chance. The newly established Muslim Brotherhood perceives the United States to be weak and submissive.
And what was the supposed catalyst for the attacks in Egypt and Libya?

“A movie attacking Islam’s prophet Muhammad sparked assaults on U.S. diplomatic missions in Libya and Egypt on Tuesday. A Libyan security official reported an American was shot to death as protesters burned the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, and in Cairo, protesters scaled the walls of the U.S. embassy walls and replaced an American flag with an Islamic banner.”

These radicals don’t need a reason. They only need to know that whatever reason they give the media will end up blaming the United States.
Did you notice how our State Department wrote that it’s wrong “to hurt the religious beliefs of others”? I’m amazed how sensitive our government is to the religious sensibilities of Muslims who want to destroy us while it continually attacks peaceful Christians in the United States.
You may recall that when President Obama spoke at Georgetown University, he ordered that a monogram symbolizing Jesus’ name be covered when he delivered his speech.

HANDICAPPED PARKING AT SEARS

 

 

Today I had to go to Sears. As I approached the entrance, I noticed a driver looking for a parking space.

I flagged the driver and pointed out a handicap parking space that was open and available.

 

 

The driver looked puzzled, rolled down her window and said, "I'm not handicapped!"

Well, as you can imagine, my face was red!

 

"Oh, I'm sorry" I said. "I saw your Obama bumper sticker and just assumed that you suffer from a mental disorder."

 

She gave me the finger and screamed some nasty names at me.
