VETERANS' DAY - 2014 Posted: 11 Nov 2014 02:03 PM PST Honoring our troops on today’s Veterans Day …  Lest we not forget …  Jane Fonda, American Traitor …  As we go about our daily tasks, let us for a moment consider the service of Senator John McCain, a prisoner of war who suffered terribly at the hands of our enemy while just mere miles away a far-left liberal, Jane Fonda, laughed and sat on an anti-aircraft gun as she called our American troops “war criminals. Aside from visiting villages, hospitals, schools, and factories, Fonda also posed for pictures in which she was shown applauding North Vietnamese anti-aircraft gunners, was photographed peering into the sights of an NVA anti-aircraft artillery launcher, and made ten propagandistic Tokyo Rose-like radio broadcasts in which she denounced American political and military  leaders as "war criminals." She also spoke with eight American POWs at a carefully arranged "press conference," POWs who had been tortured by their North Vietnamese captors to force them to meet with Fonda, deny they had been tortured, and decry the American war effort. <Source> And an accounting which is not complete … For some as yet unexplained reason, John McCain approved legislation which has kept Americans from getting a complete accounting of our MIAs from Viet Nam. The legislation insured that “… the Defense Department is not obligated to tell the public about prisoners believed alive in captivity and what efforts are being made to rescue them. It only has to notify the White House and the intelligence committees in the Senate and House. If you see a soldier in uniform, thank them for their service – especially since it is completely voluntary. If you see a veteran down on his luck, extend a helping hand. Do not let our people and our government forget the sacrifice made by our troops. Do not let those who would denigrate and demean our military go unchallenged. Do not let the media spin a story that is contemptuous of those who protect our freedom without pointing out that it may have been the actions relatively few individuals involved and they do not represent the military. And, no matter what the spin, you are not a private citizen exercising your “free speech rights” when you give aid and comfort to America’s enemies by making propaganda announcements --  you are a traitor. Relying on Nancy "We Have to Pass the Bill So That You Can Find Out What Is In It" Pelosi’s leadership and Harry Reid’s Senate trickery … House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) packaged the Senate-passed Obamacare bill and a House reconciliation measure into one measure.  Then the House rules committee put forth a rule that allowed the Senate-passed Obamacare bill to pass the House without a vote.  The rule provided that the Affordable Care Act was deemed to have passed when the House passes the  reconciliation measure. But the lying liar who lied the most to the American people was Barack Obama … • Remarks at the American Medical Association, June 15, 2009: "I know that there are millions of Americans who are content with their health care coverage — they like their plan and, most importantly, they value their relationship with their doctor. They trust you. And that means that no matter how we reform health care, we will keep this promise to the American people: If you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor, period. If you like your health care plan, you'll be able to keep your health care plan, period. No one will take it away, no matter what." The bottom line … You cannot trust the progressive socialist democrats in either foreign or domestic policy. The 2014 voters have sent the progressive socialist democrats a strong message that their governance was not adequate and changes must be made forthwith. Unfortunately, Obama – or should I say puppet-master Valerie Jarrett – appears to ignore what the voters have said and are planning to use their “lame duck” Congress to ram through as many biased bills as possible. Including the election of another Obama “stooge” to replace Attorney General Eric Holder and his sworn duty to protect Obama at all costs. Obama and his cadre of progressive socialist democrats have violated the Constitution of the United States and subverted many laws of our land.
