"The definition of freedom is the unimpeded pursuit of happiness and prosperity...something that veterans fight for and fight to defend" -Concerned Veterans for America
Dear Supporter,
This past weekend Congress passed a six-month Continuing Resolution (CR) that will fund the government through March 2013; the short-term deal includes funding for the Department of Defense. A CR was needed because Congress failed to pass a traditional yearlong bill (otherwise known as a 'budget', a rare specimen in Washington) to fund the government. Once again, the can was kicked down the road...with untold (but not unforeseen) consequences for future generations.
The challenges facing our country and our economy-including the need to reform defense spending-are massive, and are a shared responsibility. Both parties need to step up to the plate, and veterans are tired of broken promises. We are looking to Washington to someday-finally!-practice fiscal responsibility before it is truly too late. And as leaders who have worn the uniform, we crave principled leadership that places our economy on the road to recovery without undercutting our national defense. Unfortunately, all we have seen from Washington thus far is empty rhetoric and is business as usual (which is to say, no business).
Concerned Veterans for America remains committed to the freedoms and prosperity we fought for, and thank you for joining us in this cause. There is much more to be done, and together we'll fight to keep our country great.

Meet the lady who has Barack Obama and his liberal friends running scared.
If elected, Mia Love will be the first black female Republican elected to Congress. Why are the liberals so terrified of Mia Love?
++ She'll tear apart the Black Congressional Caucus.
++ She believes in personal responsibility.
++ She'll fight for limited government and low taxes.
++ She's the Second Amendment’s best friend.
Mia Love, who currently serves as mayor of Saratoga Springs, Utah, gave a stirring speech at the RNC. The crowd stood to its feet and cheered her stinging attacks on Barack Obama.
But when Love went back to Utah after the RNC, she faced a barrage of criticism. President Obama’s favorite Super PAC began to pour money into the race, nearly $100,000 against her last week.
Patriot Super PAC -- the official Super PAC of Grassfire Nation -- is coming to Mia Love’s rescue!
I just spoke with Patriot Super PAC's executive director, Tom Freiling. He said the Super PAC has produced a radio ad that's ready to air on the largest station in Salt Lake City. Make a stand for conservative values and help Mia Love become the first black female GOP member of Congress!
The radio ad tells the truth about her opponent. (It turns out, he doesn't even live in the congressional district!) The liberals put him up to the race and promised to spend as much as it takes to beat Mia Love.
Please go here to listen and then sponsor a Mia Love radio ad. Your contribution of $25, $50, $100 or more will get Patriot Super PAC's radio ad aired this week.
There are no limits to how much you can give. As a “Super PAC,” you can contribute as much as you want to help Mia Love. We want to air this radio ad for the next six weeks!
Time is of the essence! Go here to make a contribution now before Obama’s favorite Super PAC destroys Mia Love’s campaign. Sponsor a radio ad for $25, $50, $100 or more. Please make your contirbution NOW.
Let’s make history and help Mia Love become the first black female Republican in Congress!
Thank you in advance.

Only Three Times...
In all the years since D-Day, there are three occasions when the president failedto go to the D-Day Monument that honors the soldiers killed during the Invasion. The occasions were:1. Barack Obama 2010
2. Barack Obama 2011
3. Barack Obama 2012
For the past 68 years, all presidents, except Obama, have paid tribute to the fallen soldiers killed on D-Day.This year, instead of honoring the soldiers, he made a campaign trip on Air Force 1 to California to raise funds for the upcoming election.I HOPE THE CITIZENS WHO VOTED FOR HIM ARE PROUD!

This piece was pulled. Please send this to your email list ASAP.*This is the clip that got pulled due to pressure from the Administration.*Obama Puts Heat on Fox News to Prevent Sean Hannity from airing this piece. This is a video that Sean Hannity of FOX News has been trying to show that we are told has consistently been blocked by the Obama Administration. This is Obama's attempt(successful so far) to distance himself from his own words and actions. It was a matter of time until the Internet picked it up. *Watch it now before it gets pulled from the Internet!*

John Hinkley's release
You might recall that John Hinkley was a seriously deranged young man who
shot President Reagan in the early 1980's. Hinkley was absolutely obsessed with
movie star Jodie Foster and, in his twisted mind, loved Jodie to the point
that to make himself well known to her, he attempted to assassinate
President Reagan. There is speculation Hinkley may soon be released as having
been rehabilitated. Consequently, you will appreciate the following letter
from Nancy Reagan to John Hinkley:
To: John Hinkley
From: Mrs. Nancy Reagan
My family and I wanted to drop you a short note to tell you how pleased we
are with the great strides you are making in your recovery. In our country's
spirit of understanding and forgiveness, we want you to know that we bear no
grudge against you for shooting President Reagan.
We are fully aware that mental stress and pain must have driven you to
such an act of desperation. We're confident that you will soon make a
complete recovery and return to your family to join the world again as a
healthy and productive man.
Best wishes,
Nancy Reagan & Family
P.S. - While you have been incarcerated, Barack Obama has been banging
Jodie Foster like a screen door in a hurricane. You might want to look into
that.

The Little Red Hen
"Who will help me plant my wheat?" asked the little red hen.
"Not I," said the cow.
"Not I," said the duck.
"Not I," said the pig.
"Not I," said the goose.
"Then I will do it by myself." She planted her crop and the wheat grew and
ripened.
"Who will help me reap my wheat?" asked the little red hen.
"Not I," said the duck.
"Out of my classification," said the pig.
"I'd lose my seniority," said the cow.
"I'd lose my unemployment compensation," said the goose.
"Then I will do it by myself," said the little red hen, and so she did.
"Who will help me bake the bread?" asked the little red hen.
"That would be overtime for me," said the cow.
"I'd lose my welfare benefits," said the duck.
"I'm a dropout and never learned how," said the pig.
"If I'm to be the only helper, that's discrimination," said the goose.
"Then I will do it by myself," said the little red hen.
She baked five loaves and held them up for all of her neighbors to see.
They wanted some and, in fact, demanded a share but the little red hen
said, "No, I shall eat all five loaves."
"Excess profits!" cried the cow (Nancy Pelosi)
"Capitalist leech!" screamed the duck (Barbara Boxer)
"I demand equal rights!" yelled the goose (Jesse Jackson)
The pig just grunted in disdain (Harry Reid)
And they all painted 'Unfair!' picket signs and marched around and around the little red hen, shouting obscenities.
When the farmer (Obama) came, he said to the little red hen, "You must not be so greedy."
"But I earned the bread," said the little red hen.
"Exactly," said Barack the farmer. "That is what makes our free enterprise system so wonderful. Anyone in the barnyard can earn as much as he wants. But under our modern government regulations, the productive workers must divide the fruits of their labor with those who are lazy and idle."
And they all lived happily ever after, including the little red hen, who smiled and clucked, "I am grateful, for now I truly understand."
But her neighbors became quite disappointed in her. She never again baked bread because she joined the 'party' and got her bread free. And all the Democrats smiled. 'Fairness' had been established.
Individual initiative had died but nobody noticed; perhaps no one cared so
long as there was free bread that 'the rich' were paying for.
And perhaps...this is the end.
And the next week, there was no bread, or anything else to eat. So, they
all starved equally.
EPILOGUE
Bill Clinton is getting $12 million for his memoirs.
Hillary got $8 million for hers.
That's $20 million for the memories from two people, who for eight years repeatedly testified, under oath, that they couldn't remember anything.
DO WE LIVE IN A GREAT BARNYARD OR WHAT?Clinton said it best the other night when he called for Shared Opportunity. That’s just Socialist talk for government takeover of your life. November Is Coming!!!
A Church in the heart of D.C. - You'll be amazed at what you didn't know!I seen this before but it is still interesting to note how the liberals and free thinkers have skewed and misconstrued the intent of our Founding Fathers. This so interesting that I had to forward it.A Church in the heart of D.C. - You'll be amazed at what you didn't knowA Church very Few People Know About right in the heart of D.C.Everyone in the United States needs to see this.
Something we were never taught in school; 99 out of 100 people don't know this, do you? It's fascinating...
