California allows illegal aliens to steal your child's future ...
California is teetering on the edge of bankruptcy; running massive billion dollar deficits that continued to be papered over with accounting tricks and borrowing as corrupt progressive democrats and equally corrupt progressive republican politicians rape this state on behalf of themselves and their special interest friends.
It is one thing to sell out your constituency to California labor unions, but it is quite something different to sell out your constituency to a foreign sovereign powers whose state policy is to export their crime, sickness, poverty and illiteracy into our state.
The California Constitution guarantees all children a right to a basic education K-12, it does not guarantee that those who are ineligible for state residency should be rewarded with public money to pursue their education at the detriment of law-abiding legal residents of this state.
Every politician that voted for this legislation – and the governor who signed it into law should be impeached for violating the California and United States Constitution for disadvantaging Americans over those whose legal allegiance is to a foreign sovereign state.
It’s your child that is now being disadvantaged …
The truth is that there is a single pool of money and every nickel, dime and dollar that is granted to an illegal alien not only comes out of the California taxpayer’s pocket – but is money that cannot be used for your Children’s education
As reported by the Sacramento Bee …Jerry Brown signs California Dream Act
“Gov. Jerry Brown today signed legislation allowing undocumented immigrant college students to receive public financial aid, marking California's relatively liberal ground in a bitter row over immigration nationwide.”“The California Dream Act allows access to public financial aid, including Cal Grants, for undocumented students who came to the country before turning 16 and attended California high schools. Those students already are eligible for in-state tuition, and Brown in July signed a companion measure affording them access to private financial aid.”
A United States soldier who is stationed in California is ineligible for in-state tuition – while a non-citizen gets to save $100,000 or more on their education. This is not right.
"The bill, by Assemblyman Gil Cedillo, D-Los Angeles, was passed by lawmakers on partisan lines. Democrats said it would result in a more educated population. Republicans said awarding scholarships to undocumented students would encourage illegal immigration, and they objected to the cost.
From his legislative acts, Gil Cedillo appears to be more a Mexican socialist pandering to his Hispanic base rather than a politician upholding his constitutional oath to protect, defend and support the constitution of California and the United States.
There is no major proof that those who get a superb education in California benefit the state – many turning into activists and others who in turn push for more rights for illegal aliens.
“The program's expansion is expected to cost the state $23 million to $40 million annually.”
This is money that we do not have – money that could be used to pay for cuts in public safety and to keep the emergency rooms open. There are priorities and educating illegal aliens is not one of them.
Bottom line …
Making this legislation truly obnoxious, is that this money has nothing to do with educating illegal aliens or any other students. It is a direct subsidy to California’s powerful educational institutions with their large unionized work force. The recipients of this money.
In essence, the democrats get a “two fer” – kissing the ring of illegal Hispanics and funneling money into union-dominated educational institutions.
This is but another reason why we have to elect constitutional conservatives and honest brokers to serve “We the People” in California.
Unless the GOP provides a real alternative to the corruption in California politics, this state will become another European Marxist-style dominated state – if it is not one already. Even the last Republican Governor, the incredibly corrupt and stupid Arnold Schwarzenegger did little or nothing to turn the state around. But then again, he was a Republican In Name Only.
Where is our Herman Cain or our Chris Christie? It’s up to you folks – are you going to vote to have your pockets picked and our legislature ceded to Mexico. Will we see the illegal aliens being granted citizenship and then voting us out of our homes and jobs to satisfy the need to raise taxes to support their alien culture in California.
