Billboards These Billboards will be going up on an electronic billboard on HWY 321 in Lenoir City , TN starting 1 OCT. It was a private project funded by private donations. It will be fun to see what the reaction will be. The ads will start to run October 1. (The only thing that is missing from the ads is the "Paid for by," (the disclaimer is in very small print.)
