We are living in a time when being black and/or a socialist ideologue trumps being competent. We have gutted our space capabilities in favor of promoting social programs that do little other than purchase votes for the progressive socialist democrats. Putting anything on the moon -- or anywhere else in space form that matter -- is not a trivial pursuit and requires a skilled and dedicated multi-disciplinary team working for years to achieve a singular successful launch. NASA's Muslim Outreach (July 7, 2010) It's not really surprising that President Obama told NASA administrator Charles Bolden that his highest priority should be "to find a way to reach out to the Muslim world and engage much more with dominantly Muslim nations to help them feel good about their historic contribution to science ... and math and engineering." It fits with so much that we already knew about the president. How in the world would NASA help Muslim nations to "feel good" about themselves? Would NASA hold science fairs in Tripoli or Tehran?
