FEDERAL APPEALS COURT: HANDGUN PURCHASE BAN FOR 18-20 YEAR OLDS UNCONSTITUTIONAL
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit ruled against the federal government's ban on 18-20 year olds buying handguns. Judge Julius Richardson wrote the Majority Opinion and used appeals to American history and the Founders' view of the militia to reach his conclusion.
