Attempting to divert attention away from its pro-Muslim Brotherhood foreign policy, the Obama Administration is waging a war on freedom of speech. It has been confirmed that federal officials are responsible for the apprehension of an individual said to be behind a film that is critical of Mohammad and Islam. He is being blamed by the media for the violent Muslim reaction to the film. This is crazy. Violence-prone Muslims are responsible for the violence. In 2005, a Danish newspaper published caricatures of the Muslim prophet Mohammad. This, too, was said to have triggered riots in various Muslim countries. Nonsense. The violence is being triggered by a religion that condones violence. As I have previously reported, the Obama Administration supported the Islamic "rebels" in Libya behind the murder of the American ambassador. This is the real scandal. The anti-American Muslim fanatics will use any excuse to stage a riot. We must stand up to them. We must preserve our First Amendment. The Obama Administration wants the trailer for the film taken off YouTube (which is owned by Google). Tommy Vietor, a spokesman for the National Security Council, said the White House had "reached out to YouTube to call the video to their attention and ask them to review whether it violates their terms of use." This is outrageous. The film trailer has been on YouTube for months, since July 2. It is simply the pretext for anti-American violence. The truth is that Freedom of Religion is One Way Street for Muslims Posted: 14 Sep 2012 05:02 PM PDT I am appalled at the speed in which President Obama and his administration were willing to sacrifice the principles of our Constitution to provide sympathetic recognition of Muslim rioting over an anti-Islamic film. From the beginning of his administration, it appears that Obama, as a self-professed Christian, assumed a position of conciliatory subservience, even to the point of bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia. This appeasement to foreign sovereigns and ideologies is fundamentally un-American. While our Constitution specifies “Freedom of Religion” it is not a suicide pact; excusing anti-American behavior by others who want to use our own laws to overthrow the United States or commit egregious acts under the protection of the law. Translated with respect to our Founding Fathers, the right applies to the government and prevents the government from establishing a state religion or abridging the rights of those wishing to practice their own religions. However, nowhere does this authorize what would be considered destructive or criminal activities. Religious freedom was also an important factor when the thirteen colonies rebelled against the British crown and declared their independence.  They included it in the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution so as to guarantee that everyone in America would have the right to worship according to their faith. Even though America was established as a Christian nation based largely on Christian principles, the Founding Fathers also recognized that there were non-Christians among them who should also be entitled to that same right.  Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Shintos and others all share the same guarantee of the freedom of religion here in America.  As much as I would like to see America return to its Christian roots, I realize that will never happen because of the First Amendment. Under the First Amendment, we are also guaranteed the right of free speech.  These two aspects of the First Amendment have been used for years to defend the right of those who wish to criticize, ridicule and even blaspheme God, Jesus Christ and the Bible.  As much as these things, such as the movie The Last Temptation of Christ, offend us and cause us to speak out against such antithetical garbage, there is nothing we can legally do to stop it. But Muslims are not as tolerant and unresponsive as America’s Christians are and they will not tolerate anything or anyone that criticizes or mocks Islam.  Case in point is the Pennsylvania judge who acquitted a Muslim of physically attacking another person because of his Halloween costume.  Even though the attack was witnessed by a police officer and was caught on video, the judge let the attacker go and lectured the victim as if he were the criminal.  Oh yeah, the judge was a Muslim. It’s okay for Muslims to condemn, ridicule, mock and trash anything Christian, Jewish or non-Muslim in general.  However, they cannot and will not tolerate the same treatment towards their own religion.  Religious tolerance is a very narrow one way street for Muslims and that intolerance of theirs is generally dealt out with violence.  And then they have the audacity to call anyone who questions their faith an Islamaphobe. Now, Egyptian President Mohammad Morsi is vowing to sue the filmmakers in America for producing a film that insults their prophet Mohammad.  He has already instructed the Egyptian embassy in Washington D.C. to start legal actions against the filmmakers.  In fact, he didn’t just instruct them to file a lawsuit against the filmmakers, he ordered them to use all legal measures possible to bring action against the filmmakers. The film, Innocence of Muslims, was made to show the treatment of Coptic Christians by Muslims in Egypt.  The filmmaker identifies himself as Sam Bacile, but some believe that to be an alias of Nakoula Basseley Nakoula. Regardless who made the film, legal precedence has been established in the U.S. that such religious directed films are protected under the First Amendment.  There was no prosecution or law suits won against films that mocked Jesus, so why should there be any against a film that only depicts how the Muslims are treating Christians?  If a Christian cross can be displayed in a glass of urine for art’s sake without any legal recourse, then why should there be any legal recourse in this case. President Obama was forced into condemning the violence in Egypt and Libya that occurred because of the film.  He also condemned the murders of American diplomats, but only after Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan both spoke out about the attacks and condemned the attackers.  I am curious to see if anything comes of the Egyptian legal actions against the filmmakers.  If it does happen, it will clearly demonstrate just how Muslim friendly and anti-Christian America has become and how the First Amendment only applies to Muslims and no one else. <Source: Freedom of Religion is One Way Street for Muslims> Bottom line … It is time to curb the politicians who seem so willing to accept campaign contributions and other support from foreign sovereigns acting through American subsidiaries or lobbyists. Those increases will cost hundreds of millions of dollars, but both sides differ on the exact cost. It was the anniversary of 9/11 duh! Every U.S. facility abroad should have been on high alert. Unnecessary travel restricted and sensitive documents secured. With an increased threat level and adequate protection by U.S. Marine sentries and other protective personnel. Each host government should have been queried as to their preparations for civil unrest. That is standard procedure – and yet it seems to be violated in any number of individual instances. To cover-up or excuse their stunning negligence which led to this tragedy – including the possibility that host governments provided credible intelligence up to 48-hours prior to the events of 9/11 – the Obama administration appears to be advancing the idea that this was all a spontaneous response to a YouTube film trailer. Ignoring the appearance of coordination in a region-wide effort. If you look at the crowds, this had to be pre-arranged. And, if you believe media reports, it was arranged in the open – possibly using Facebook and Twitter. The cast of the film Innocence of Muslims, which reportedly helped spark violence across the Middle East, says they were duped by the movie’s producer and only signed up for a sword-and-sandals epic called Desert Warriors that had nothing to do with the Prophet Muhammad. If this is true, then why is our government tracking down any filmmaker for any reason? Every day in America people attack worldviews they don’t agree with. Some do it with factual statements and reasoned argumentation, and others try to make their case with satire and ridicule. The First Amendment was put into place to protect people from tyrants who would use their power to prohibit speech that was critical of the way the governed. King James I of England detested the Geneva Bible, first published in 1560, because he believed it questioned the divine right of kings. He did a novel thing. He commissioned a group of scholars to produce a new translation. We know it today as the Authorized Version or more popularly known as the King James Version of the Bible. Sometimes the best way to deal with a critic is to ignore him. If this anti-Muslim film is so bad, the Muslims should have ignored it or produced an answer to it. I didn't realize Clinton was disbarred but he was by Arkansas. He also paid a $25000.00 fine there, this was all over the Lewinski incident.  He also paid a $850,000.00 settlement over the Lewinski incident. He was also disbarred from practicing law in front of the Supreme Court    So Bill Clinton, a disbarred lawyer, a President who was under impeachment for lying under oath, asks the American people to believe him when he says the best thing for the country is 4 more years of Obama.   Just wanted to make sure I had it right!

Federal Reserve: Game Playing before the 2012 election? Posted: 13 Sep 2012 05:48 PM PDT What the hell is the Federal Reserve thinking? Over the past few years the Federal Reserve has been complicit in a stealth conspiracy to re-capitalize the major banks in order to prevent them from being judged insolvent. There is little or doubt in my mind that the Fed doubled down on the Greenspan policy of holding interest rates artificially low to insure that banks were generating the type of significant profits that would allow them to shore up their technically insolvent balance sheets. Disadvantaging the consumer who was offered investment and deposit interest rates that were lower than the inflation that was sapping their purchasing power. It didn’t work to resolve the dot.com bubble bust, it only created the mortgage bubble as the international pool of capital sought safe investments paying more than Greenspan’s 1% interest rate. Now they are using ZIRP (Zero Interest Rate Program) to offer money to financial institutions at zero-percent to one-quarter of one-percent (essentially free money) to help them earn outrageous profits to recapitalize their failing balance sheets. By the way, you notice that nobody is yelling about restricting executive bonuses on “sure thing” profits. But then again, these are the people donating to political campaigns to purchase influence with this administration and potentially the next administration. Now we find Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke blindly attempting to lower mortgage interest rates while ignoring the real problem. The real problem facing American finances is that the government’s continued interference in the mortgage marketplace is attempting to woo voters rather than bring stability to the marketplace. Until the mortgage market hits bottom and true asset prices can be determined, the mortgage market will never recover from its malaise – and mortgage-backed securities correctly priced. If the Federal Reserve and the Obama Administration’s Department of the Treasury wanted to solve borrower’s problems, it could do so with reductions in principal loan amounts – no cosmetic fixes as lowering rates or extending maturity dates. Of course, the financial community needs mortgage re-financing more than the borrowers facing default. Only through the re-finance process can the financial institutions legally obtain assignments which, once again, give them the permission for foreclose on defaulted loan. Many foreclosures, up until this time, could not be foreclosed because nobody could prove who owned the “paper” – was it the derivative pool operators, MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration System) who purportedly had the right to foreclose, or some other entity? Without a clear indication of property ownership, courts were reluctant to allow foreclosures. Of course, the financial institutions had their own work-around, robo-signing, where fraudulent documents were created out of thin air and presented to courts across the nation. So we wonder what the hell is the Fed thinking … Fed Pulls Trigger, to Buy Mortgages in Effort to Lower Rates The Federal Reserve fulfilled expectations of more stimulus for the faltering economy, taking aim now atdriving down mortgage rates until an improvement in unemployment that the central bank says will be a problem for several years. The Fed said it will buy $40 billion of mortgage-backed securities per month in an attempt to foster a nascent recovery in the real estate market.  The purchases will be open-ended, meaning that they will continue until the Fed is satisfied that economic conditions, primarily in unemployment, improve. Bottom line … Buying mortgages does nothing except prop up the financial institutions holding dodgy paper and incentivize ignoring sound banking practices and relaxing mortgage underwriting standards,. Thus, kicking the can down the road once more. Unless the real estate market can find its true bottom – free of government intervention – we are simply prolonging the recession. We need to throw Obama and Bernanke under the bus, lest they bankrupt America with their foolishness. The financial people, Ben Bernanke and Tim Geithner included, know how to fix the problem. Unfortunately, they do not know how to isolated the solution from the severe political fallout that will result when some financial institutions deservedly collapse –with their investors, not the taxpayer, paying the price for their imprudent, and possibly criminal, actions. How else can you explain how $1.2 Billion of protected customer money goes missing and democrat Jon Corzine is not charged with a criminal act? US Identifies Anti-Muslim Filmmaker Blamed for Attacks WASHINGTON (AP) — Federal authorities have identified a Coptic Christian in southern California who is on probation after his conviction for financial crimes as the key figure behind the anti-Muslim film that ignited mob violence against U.S. embassies across the Mideast, a U.S. law enforcement official told The Associated Press on Thursday. The official said authorities had concluded that Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, 55, was behind “Innocence of Muslims,” a film that denigrated Islam and the prophet Muhammad and sparked protests earlier this week in Egypt, Libya and most recently in Yemen. Once again, the government can’t keep its mouth shut and appears to be providing information to our enemies in a gratuitous manner for political purposes. Notice that the item is blind-sourced so that nobody needs take responsibility for this egregious action. And that they characterize the film in a manner that acknowledges that the film “denigrates Islam and the prophet Muhammad” which provides a form of official acknowledgement to our enemies – giving them another Obama propaganda victory. There is no way that an American should be denied his First Amendment rights and be investigated by the Obama government for complicity in what occurred on foreign soil. The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss an ongoing investigation, said Nakoula was connected to the persona of Sam Bacile, a man who initially told the AP he was the film’s writer and director. These anonymous leaks must stop. Not only do they provide aid and comfort to our enemies, but they appear to disadvantage America in the process.
