Posted: 27 Sep 2013 09:15 PM PDT Why is sell-out John McCain pushing so hard for the United States involvement in the Syrian civil war between radical militant terrorists – with no apparent national interest at stake other than Obama’s reputation and hundreds of millions of dollars worth of aid and mercenary assistance? Duh! It must be the money!
Bottom line … Believe it or not, John McCain has little or no ability as a military strategist, his sole credentials are that he was an unlucky pilot shot down in enemy territory and tortured – eventually becoming a self-acknowledged collaborator with the North Vietnamese. To think that this scumbag could have been the President of the United States speaks to the heights from which we have fallen to the depths of an Obama Presidency. Something stinks when a major Senator cannot articulate why we need to intervene in a civil war where both parties hate us and will use weapons we supply to attack us after a decisive winner is declared. All of which is unconstitutional and being enforced at the point of a gun by the Internal Revenue Service. When given a chance to stand up for America, these turncoats and democrat ass-lickers turned tail and ran …
Bottom line … Never forget that these men and women form the fifth column that has destroyed the Republican Party and American ideals. Led by John McCain, a man who collaborated with the enemy in Vietnam and continues to be a fictional “war hero” in the eyes of the media. Two accomplished liars, both with an anti-America agenda … There is little or no doubt in my mind that President Barack Obama is a skilled and accomplished liar willing to lie boldly to the American public as he has so often done on the Affordable Healthcare and Patient Protection Act (Obamacare), and more recently about the events surrounding the killing of bin Laden and the alleged gun running of military weapons to anti-America terrorists in Benghazi, Libya. There is also little or no doubt in my mind that the real power in Iran does not rest with the President of Iran, but the Mullahs that are behind the scenes and guided by Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei. So, in essence, President Obama is talking to an underling with a title and not the main man who sets Iranian policy. As for Secretary of State John Kerry, his performance is likely to be a repeat of Secretary Madeleine Albright’s disastrous negotiations with North Korea. Bottom line … Israel is, once again, being disadvantaged by Barack Obama, a lazy, inept and incompetent President whose style, in his own words, is to “lead from behind.” With experience demonstrating that Obama refuses to take bold action, preferring to leave the heavy lifting to others – which he can throw under the proverbial bus if there are negative consequences. Pretending that he is as shocked as the American people as he promises to investigate and remedy the problem. Of course, we have seen his never-ending investigations and they are worthless in accomplishing anything other than distancing Obama and his cadre of progressive socialist democrats from the immediate fallout surrounding adverse events. A prime example can be seen in the IRS political scandal where Lois Learner, who openly lied to Congress, was placed on “paid administrative leave” until she resigned days before the IRS announced that she was to be terminated; thus keeping her pension and benefits intact. There is little doubt in my mind that she and her cohorts in the government should be indicted for the criminal and felonious interference with a presidential election. I only wonder how many billions of taxpayer dollars President Obama is willing to transfer to Iran to secure a bogus, meaningless, document pledging to curtail their nuclear activities – right up until the time they announce that North Korea has successfully tested their weapon and that they have ten or more weapons stockpiled for use. By then, Obama will be out of office and the next President will need to deal with a nuclear Iran and a nuclear arms race in the Middle East. Full well knowing that the Islamic culture of death makes it likely that any MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction) is ineffective and irrelevant to the historical development of the next Caliphate. It appears that President Obama may be closer to Louis Farrakhan in his opinion of Israel and its Jewish population than he is to the preservation of Israel as the only stable and productive democracy in the region. After all, his spiritual mentor for 20+ years, Reverend Jeremiah Wright, also appears to promote an anti-Jew posture. -- steve  |
The Solution to the NSA Information Collection Problem Posted: 27 Sep 2013 02:52 AM PDT It appears that the FISA court has decided to allow the NSA (National Security Agency) to collect an unlimited number of electronic records, both metadata (telephone numbers, date, time, etc.) as well as the actual conversations; to be kept in a secure “lockbox” until they are needed – by a showing of probable cause to a court of competent jurisdiction. This presents a fundamental violation of your constitutional rights regarding search and seizure. That in addition to being able to mine the data for out-of-context snippets of electronic messages and conversations to prove one element of a crime: intent. Or, alternatively, to allow the law enforcement authorities to use these prohibited materials to develop “alternative” ways of developing similar incriminating information. And, not beyond the realm of possibility, inserting false information into these archived data banks to allow the government to coerce selected citizens into performing actions against the best interests or destroy their lives and careers with false and misleading information. It would not be the first time that “secret” government information has been leaked to the courts or the news media for in the pursuit of a political agenda. Here is what the Court did …
This is a clear and present danger to all American citizens … There is little or no doubt that corrupt politicians, organized crime, and a self-serving, self-perpetuating political bureaucracy has now begun to nibble at the edges of tyrannical behavior to create a permanent political class, protected at all cost, from the will of the people. There is also little or no doubt that corrupt law enforcement officials and prosecutors have falsified or withheld exculpatory evidence that has sent innocent men to jail or, even worse, to their executions. Pretty much why I no longer sanction the death penalty except in the most clear-cut of cases. Even the courts have been complicit in thwarting justice by refusing to hear new evidence or reconsider old evidence using newer forensic techniques. Some publically-elected police, sheriffs, prosecutors, and judges are no longer about justice, but the prolongation or elevation of their own careers. The solution … One, NSA or other covert surveillance can ONLY be used for national security purposes and cannot be used in criminal trials or to prepare for criminal trials. We have seen where the RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) grew from a tool to be used against organized crime to a tool freely used to threaten individuals into admitting (sometimes falsely) a crime by enhancing the penalties or involving their families in the prosecution. It is only a matter of time until federal, state, and local law enforcement will be given access to this treasure trove of information as they have solid ties with the corrupt politicians who can legislatively or administratively grand access. Two, any government employee, contractor, agent, informant, or third-party that accesses covert information and uses that information for personal, professional, commercial, political, or other non-sanctioned use will be guilty of a class-A felony and will be subject to a jail term without the possibility of a plea bargain, parole or a reduction in time and sentence for period no less than five years to life, depending on the outcome of the data breach. Should an innocent man be convicted, the penalty enhancement would be to serve the same sentence in addition to the original sentence. Three, any politician improperly disclosing or using information would be treated like any other government employee. Bottom line … Our government appears to be turning against the people in a move towards a permanent political party and a government similar to Mexico, the oligarchs controlling corrupt politicians. All set against a background of socialism that sanctions the cronyism of the ruling elite and their special interests and the re-distribution of wealth and entitlements to purchase the votes required to remain in power. A very, very dangerous step down a slippery slope. Already the government has developed a more massive and intrusive spying operation than the covert NSA activities. It is known as Obamacare and you are being forced – by the Internal Revenue Service – to participate or face criminal and/or civil sanctions. Ask yourself, can we throw the progressive socialist democrats and their republican sycophants out of office during the 2014 congressional election cycle? You bet. But you must start now. First, by demanding candidates with decency and core values – not politically correct and corrupt lickspittles that are either the best of the worst or the worst of the best. It’s all up to you, because it is now a matter of life and death. Don’t believe me, check out your health insurance coverage for Obamacare when it comes to the one experimental procedure or drug that can save your life or your child’s life. Enough said! -- steve |
