Liberalism gone amok: Are Convicted Alien Sex Offenders Prancing in Your Neighborhood? Posted: 14 Sep 2013 06:53 PM PDT I am deeply suspicious of this report on sex offenders since most immigration laws have been perverted or abandoned by the radical progressive socialist democrats … ICE-ERO [U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement] uses orders of supervision to release from custody criminal aliens—including sex offenders—who have been ordered to be removed from the United States, but cannot be removed for various reasons or detained indefinitely under U.S. Supreme Court precedent. According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), of the 59,347 aliens under an order of supervision as of September2012, 2,837 (5 percent) of them had been convicted of a sex offense. According to the data that ICE-ERO provided to us, of the 4,359 alien sex offenders who were removed from the country between January and August 2012, 220 of them (5 percent) had previously been removed but subsequently returned to the United States and were arrested for another offense.  Specifically, this report addresses the following questions: (1) To what extent are alien sex offenders under an ICE-ERO order of supervision registered as sex offenders? (2) To what extent are alien sex offenders who are removed from the country or released under an ICE-ERO order of supervision informed of registration requirements, and state sex offender registry and law enforcement officials notified about these offenders? This report is a public version of the prior sensitive report that we provided to you. ICE deemed some of the information in the prior report as For Official Use Only (FOUO), which must be protected from public disclosure. To address our objectives, we drew a random probability sample of 137 of the 1,369 alien sex offenders who, as of September 2012, were under order of supervision and for whom ICE had a record of the alien’s complete date of birth. We subsequently found that six individuals from our sample should not have been included in the population of alien sex offenders under an ICE-ERO order of supervision, resulting in a final sample size of 131 and an estimated total population of 1,309. Percentage estimates derived from this sample have margins of error at the 95 percent confidence level of plus or minus 8.08 percentage points. On the basis of our analysis of a representative sample of 131 alien sex offenders under ICE supervision, and for whom ICE had a record of the alien’s complete date of birth, we estimate that as of September 2012, 72 percent of alien sex offenders were registered in the jurisdictions where they lived, 22 percent were not required to register, and 5 percent did not register but should have. Twenty-two percent of alien sex offenders in our sample (29 of 131) were not required to register in the states where they reside, according to the sex offender registration officials. Here we see Debbie jumping up and down about the voter recall of two radical progressive socialist democrats in Colorado … Debbie Wasserman Schultz on Colorado Recall: “Voter Suppression, Pure and Simple” -- The reason two anti-gun Colorado state senators lost their seats in a recall election had nothing to do with grassroots outrage or anything like that. It’s because of the vast, right-wing conspiracy to “suppress” votes. At least, that’s according to Democratic National Committee Chair(wo)man Debbie Wasserman Schultz: “The recall elections in Colorado were defined by the vast array of obstacles that special interests threw in the way of voters for the purpose of reversing the will of the legislature and the people. This was voter suppression, pure and simple. Colorado voters are used to casting their ballots by mail, but because of lawsuits filed by opponents of common sense gun reform, voters were not mailed their ballots in this election. Those who intended to vote in person did not learn their polling locations until less than two weeks before Election Day. Tuesday’s low turnout was a result of efforts by the NRA, the Koch brothers and other right wing groups who know that when more people vote, Democrats win.” If only dead people were allowed to vote. And if only non-dead people including illegal aliens were allowed to vote multiple times. Then maybe those two state senators would be allowed to keep their seats. She claims that the reason for their recall election loss was because of the well-funded NRA, the Koch brothers and other members of the vast, right-wing conspiracy. As if the anti-gun legislators themselves aren’t completely bought and paid for by Bloomberg.The New York Mayor personally poured $350,000 of his own money into both Morse’s and Giron’s campaigns to keep their seats. There was money on both sides. Our domestic policy is almost non-existent as the democrats refuse to curtail spending and keep shoveling money towards union-connected activities. Our foreign affairs are in tatters – with Russia’s President Putin looking more like a Nobel Peace Prize candidate than Barack Obama who was awarded the prize with zero accomplishments in foreign policy or elsewhere. The Nobel Peace Prize Committee disgraced themselves and the Prize by thinking that an egotistical, unaccomplished black socialist was worthy of the Prize. Wake up people. Obama lied to your face about Obamacare – lower costs and you can keep your existing policy and doctor – lied about Benghazi and the 9/11 anniversary terrorist attack, lied about the IRS scandals, the NSA Spying Scandals, gun running to Mexican Drug Cartels in “Fast and Furious,” and gun-running to terrorists, possibly including al Qaeda terrorists in the Benghazi-Turkey arms transfer. The sad truth is that the radical progressive socialist democrats cannot bring themselves to indict a core democrat constituency – black gangsta’s and gang members – for the majority of weapon-related violence. Instead, they want to disarm law-abiding Americans to create an even bigger pool of victims that would be totally dependent on the government for protection. How crazy is that? Or, should I say, un-American and traitorous. Time to start fixing the problem by removing all radical progressive socialist democrats and their republican enablers from office in the 2014 congressional election cycle.
