Hillary Clinton Cannot Be Trusted: Another link to Muslim Brotherhood discovered? Posted: 18 Sep 2013 06:06 PM PDT We know that the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt subverted the Egyptian Constitution and tried to impose a Sharia-based theocracy on Egypt. We know that the Muslim Brotherhood has been involved in numerous atrocities against Christians and others who they regard as infidels, or worse, apostates. We know that the Muslim Brotherhood has been infiltrated by al Qaeda. So why did President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton push for the Muslim Brotherhood’s inclusion in the political affairs of Egypt and elsewhere? Once again, we see Clinton’s connections to the Arab world. Connections which may have prejudiced actions of our Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, but then we may never know because the Clintons stonewall everything about their finances and allegiances. She has a long-standing record of corruption, starting with her Arkansas legal adventures, as the First Lady in a corrupt White House, and as the Secretary of State lying to the public on Benghazi. She is a liar – again, one need only needs to take her fake account of the 9/11 anniversary attack on Benghazi and the video story to know that she will do or say anything politically expedient. She refuses to hold people accountable for their actions – State Department people who were responsible for the weak security at our embassies were “faux punished” for media consumption, but still retained their jobs – only at a different position. She has ties to the Clinton Foundation – a murky labyrinth of intrigue, financial maneuvering, and backroom deals. She even got the politicians to give her a waiver when it came to full disclosure of her activities. She has ties to pro-Muslim, pro Muslim Brotherhood activists through her “body person” who failed to disclose highly-paid “consulting activities” while employed by the State Department – and who maintained a top secret security clearance although her family had clear ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. She has ties to pro-Arab, pro-Palestinian activists through the Clinton Foundation – a potential backchannel for lobbying activities without proper oversight. And then we find another disturbing issue involving the Clintons and the Muslim Brotherhood  … Muslim Brotherhood Official, Former Clinton Foundation Employee Arrested -- Official business for two organizations overlapped A senior Muslim Brotherhood official who, until recently, had been employed by the William J. Clinton Foundation was arrested in Cairo on Tuesday and charged with inciting violence. Gehad el-Haddad served as one of the Muslim Brotherhood’s top communications officials until Egyptian security forcesseized him as part of a wider crackdown on officials loyal to ousted former President Mohamed Morsi. Before emerging as a top Brotherhood official and adviser to Morsi, el-Haddad served for five years as a top official at the Clinton Foundation, a nonprofit group founded by former President Bill Clinton. El-Haddad gained a reputation for pushing the Muslim Brotherhood’s Islamist agenda in the foreign press, where he was often quoted defending the Brotherhood’s crackdown on civil liberties in Egypt. He was raised in a family of prominent Brotherhood supporters and became the public face of the Islamist organization soon after leaving his post at the Clinton Foundation. However, much of his official work with the Brotherhood took place while he was still claiming to be employed by the Clinton Foundation. “Just a month after El-Haddad left the Clinton Foundation to work full-time for the Brotherhood, former President Morsi was invited to deliver his first major speech at the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI), the high profile political family’s other nonprofit. El-Haddad’s employment at the Clinton Foundation overlapped with his official work for the Muslim Brotherhood, which began in Cairo in February 2011 when he assumed control of the Renaissance Project, a Brotherhood-backed economic recovery program. El-Haddad officially became a senior adviser for foreign affairs in Morsi’s Freedom and Justice Party in May 2011, when he was still claiming to be employed by the Clinton Foundation. El-Haddad was quoted in the Guardian newspaper in March 2012 as “one of the Brotherhood’s senior advisers.” USA Today referred to him as “a senior adviser to the Muslim Brotherhood” in May 2012. Chris Dodd is more than the devil's advocate, he is the devil's representative at the MPAA -- Now ready to attack Google? Posted: 18 Sep 2013 05:25 PM PDT If there is any corrupt, evil, malignant form of life in America, it surely must reside with the people who control the majority of privately produced content … No other group has fought as hard to criminalize copyright infringement while, at the same time, subverting the idea that copyright provides content creators with a monopoly for a specific period of time in return for placing their work in the public domain after that specific period expires. Whereas copyright infringement was originally a civil matter, now we find federal law enforcement deeply involved – to the extent of compromising the constitutional rights of citizens and interfering with their primary mission, the safety and security of America and its citizens. These are the people that created a near-secret tax on all recordable digital media with the proceeds being divided among the largest content distribution companies. Ostensibly as agents for the actual content creators, the majority of which never saw even a cent in royalty payments. These are the people who demanded that hardware and software vendors tag each digital file with a GUID (Globally Unique IDentifier) that could be used to track and monitor all digital products produced by electronic devices capable of recording digital files. These are the people who encouraged deep-packet mining of all communications to determine if copyrights were being infringed and to be notified so that copyright infringement cases could be brought and prosecuted. These are the people who subverted public domain products by wrapping them in an electronic file format and then criminalized the breaking of the wrapper. Not good people. Not honest people. Not people who adhere to the spirit of the copyright law. These are the people who demanded the policies, tools, and procedures that led to the NSA spying efforts. So why am I not surprised that one of the most corrupt former Senators is now the head of one of the largest lobbying efforts in America, the Motion Picture Association of America. Here is a progressive socialist democrat who so interfered in the nations banking system – along with that other corrupt POS Barney Frank – that the system almost collapsed under their weight of government policies.  You do not excuse your evil ways by pointing to other evil ways … The basic story is that Chris Dodd and others of his slimy ilk believe that search engines should test all content for copyright compliance before presenting it as part of a search inquiry. Chris Dodd is going to tell you how search engines are the devil -- Hollywood is going to explain how it thinks search engines enable copyright infringement that hurt its businesses. Former Connecticut Sen.-turned-Hollywood-lobbyist Chris Dodd will unveil at a press conference on Wednesday morning the results of a recent study examining the “role of search engines in introducing audiences to infringing content,” according to a media advisory. The press conference will precede a House Judiciary Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property, and the Internet hearing examining intellectual property. Dodd, chairman and CEO of the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA), will be joined by Republican Reps. Howard Coble of North Carolina and Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, and Democratic Reps. Adam Schiff and Judy Chu of California. Search engines are the most common way for Internet users to find new content online. A search engine that scans the entire Web, like Google or Bing, is only one use of the technology. Facebook’s internal search engine, Graph Search, allows users to search for content specific to the Facebook network. Dodd and the MPAA’s allies — including the Recording Industry Association of America — have been at odds with Google and the Internet community in the regulatory realm over the enforcement of intellectual property laws in cyberspace for several years. But, I am not willing to sacrifice the Constitution and the privacy rights of every American to enforce my claims. If I am aggrieved, there are long-standing civil procedures in place to address my grievance. I do not need armed law enforcement agents to conduct  military-style SWAT raids on those who copy my materials. We know that copyright and trademark infringement is big business – especially for foreign nationals – the severely impacts our economy and compromises our faith in the quality, safety, and efficacy of the goods we purchase. From medicines to aircraft parts to parts for our vehicles. These are the people who should be targeted and prosecuted with the full weight of the law. No so much someone who trades a track or two with a friend. And certainly not search engines that have improved and enhanced our lives. I don’t trust lobbyists who are trying to impose draconian measures that affect our lives and I think Chris Dodd is a dishonest POS. And, I can understand why Chris Dodd is leery of search engines … It is time to realize that content creators, such as Disney, have billion dollar properties that can be exploited over multiple generations. But, that does not excuse subverting the constitutional copyright process to ensure their perpetual gain. No other case exemplifies the lengths at which the Hollywood crowd will go to protect their content than the original debut of Mickey and Minnie Mouse in the motion picture “Steamboat Willie.” Each extension of the copyright act deprived and disadvantaged the American people from freely accessing copyrighted materials – while shifting the burden of discovery and prosecution from the copyright holder to the federal government. The film has been the center of some attention regarding the 1998 Copyright Term Extension Act passed in the United States. Steamboat Willie has been close to entering the public domain in the U.S. several times. Each time, copyright protection has been extended. It could have entered public domain in 4 different years; first in 1956, renewed to 1984, then to 2003 by the Copyright Act of 1976, and finally to the current public domain date of 2023 by the Copyright Term Extension Act (also known pejoratively as the "Mickey Mouse Protection Act") of 1998. The U.S. copyright on Steamboat Willie will be in effect through 2023 unless there is another extension of the law. <Source> Not only do these actions subvert the intent of our Founding Fathers in providing for public domain use, but it is now subverting the safety and security of the United States. Allowing the government to misuse their tremendous power to record and track the activities of individuals as they traverse the digital domain. It is time to clamp down on the special interests and their mouthpieces who buy the votes of corrupt politicians like former Senator Chris Dodd … The Connecticut Senator has been out front denouncing the "companies that form the foundation of our financial markets," for "their insatiable appetite for risk." He has also decried "reckless, careless and sometimes unscrupulous actors in the mortgage lending industry" and he has proclaimed that "American taxpayers deserve to know how we arrived at this moment." To that end, we propose he take the stand -- under oath. Former Countrywide Financial loan officer Robert Feinberg says Mr. Dodd knowingly saved thousands of dollars on his refinancing of two properties in 2003 as part of a special program the California mortgage company had for the influential. He also says he has internal company documents that prove Mr. Dodd knew he was getting preferential treatment as a friend of Angelo Mozilo, Countrywide's then-CEO.<Source: Wall Street Journal> I say that we should all join the Electronic Frontier Foundation (www.eff.org) and fight those who would attack the Internet and compromise security for all Americans.
